Caring professionals who are vets and vet nurses for the only reason I care about, the animals.Have been several times and always felt that the patients and myself are given prompt attention and treatments.Good people these ones.We will be returning.Can recommend.

Staff were great over the phone and for the most part in person. But seriously, don't bring an eftpos machine in during the process of when a pet is being put to sleep. Common sense and morality would tell you to just send a bill (or maybe just offer the option prior). Every pet owner knows they are being taken for a ride in terms of the cost every time they visit a vet (the costs are ethically absurd), they don't need a reminder or the extra stress when they are emotional vulnerable and they are about to lose a member of their family.

Not a good experience for me,there vets greedy and money driven, although most staff are very Nice,just the vet herself.. heartless.. money driven.and blah blah blah.

We were travelling and the vets made a time for us. The staff on the day were fabulous , comprehensive and informative despite being obviously busy. Ringo is running about again thank you.

Since it has changed ownership it has, perhaps inevitably, had an incredible escalation in price. (Not that it was ever cheap). From $90 for (cats) yearly check up/vax, to $140!! Add in 37 bucks for my cat’s nail clipping..$177. For people on a fixed income…ie a pension, or low income….that is just not feasible. I can, sadly, no longer afford any veterinary care for my pets, (unless I’m actually willing to take them in the car to Geelong, where I COULD afford the vet bills.) The staff are terrific, let me be clear on that. But I’m not the only one who finds FurLife Vet clinics’ fees completely outrageous.

Incredibly kind and helpful Vet, who assisted us with an emergency while we were away from home for our dog Jade. Dr.Clare and the other two staff on the day were wonderful. Thankyou all for your care and help at short notice.
