Mal and Tracey are truely passionate about what they do and the great reputation they have becomes apparent the moment you are welcomed into the shop.They both have a depth of knowledge that only comes from years and years of experience.Tracey is hyper friendly, honest, a great laugh and can source most any part for most anything.Mals mechanical knowledge is outstanding and his ability at diagnosing a problem amazing.I've had several bikes serviced and repaired by Mal, one with a annoying electrical glitch that I had tried to fix for months, finally took it to Mal who had it sorted that afternoon. Another needing a full engine rebuild after a bearing let go.The bike never sounded that quiet and smooth from new, and the tune of the carby has made it unbelievably crisp! This bloke really knows his stuff with suspension too!!!

Tracey and Mal were unbelievably helpful over the phone when I needed help with my Gas Gas EC 300. Incredibly generous with their time, amazingly helpful and really knew their stuff! I called over 20 other bike shops across the country trying to locate a starter motor for my bike and no one could help me. But then Tracey got on the job and called me back within 30 minutes and had tracked one down. Couldn't be happier with their service! Legends!
