Terrible!Absolutely disgraceful service. Booked in a full detail for my wife’s car, took them 4 hours to complete, when we arrived for pickup it looked like they had thrown a bucket of water over the car! There is no way it was clay bar’d. when we complained they were rude, walked around the car with a rag wiping the areas we pointed out then offered to take off $20.. just disgraceful. Wold not recommend to anyone.

Second time I have used this place and I'm really sad to say I will not go back. Windscreens do not appear to have been cleaned on the inside although that was part of the service I paid for. Cup holders still dirty as well as dust around the boot not cleaned at all. Lovely customer service but the actual service disappointing.

Absolutely trashhhh, refused to detail the interior of my little polo even after i explained that it had dog vomit in it and he said it was fine. It was a rainy day and only had 2 cars in his wash bay, i was willing to pay what ever he wanted, if you don't like your job.. then quit.. you clean cars for a living... they're going to be dirty when they come in... i will never come back or recommend, and im still waiting on a call back because i called in advance to make a booking. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!

Excellent staff, car was washed and cleaned faster than estimated without any corners cut.I couldn't find the receipt for the clean a (which I needed a month later) and all I had to do was text Snap Car wash and they provided it without delay.They were excellent to deal with.the car looked excellent for my wedding and the interior was clean with options of interior protection given.

Waste of $250!!! First time getting a car detail as I just brought a second hand car, I could have done this job for $20 with a tooth brush at the car wash.Don’t waste your time or money at this place!

Excellent behave of owner and staff with customers and , car was washed and cleaned faster than estimated time with proper deep cleaning without any scratch and cut.Snap Car wash provided the carwithout delay with given time.They were excellent to deal with.the car looked excellent for me and the interior was clean with options of interior protection given.
