Nice owner stuffs and a nice place to try some bread!

I bought 2 x date scones yesterday ,got home and warmed them up the as I went to slice open both scones had no date in the scone just 1 sliver on the top. both scones the same. i may as well just got plain scones at the supermarketvery disappointed.

Bought an Hawaiian pizza but disappointed with the amount of topping for the price. Tasted good but will be a bit reluctant about buying another one in future. Since bought another one and was happy with topping. Keep it up

Just new to area, lovely young blonde girl advised last week if no finger buns with jam and cream out front they can be made up easily out the back. Today I requested that and was then drawn into a very rude, embarrassing public spectacle by the staff member who has apparently been working there for six years and clearly needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. She refused to give her name, argued incessantly out loud, accused me of being a liar alleging I’ve been in before with the same demands, although I told her each time I’ve never seen her before, nor asked for a bun to be made on the spot before as I wasn’t aware this was on offer till last week. She accused me of abusing her when I suggested she may have been exaggerating the ten customers waiting. There were two staff members serving with two customers being served (one just finished) and one other customer besides myself. I asked to see her boss, and she proceeded to cut me off and talk over the top of me whilst I was giving him my feedback. I wanted to give a one star review today because of how upset I was after leaving, but Mike was very nice, as is the other girl I dealt with last week, and the girl who took payment from me today. And Mike, your cream and jam finger buns are delicious!

Mike and his team are fantastic to deal with. I placed an order for my sons birthday party and everything was made to order. The bread tasted wonderful. Highly recommended, thanks guys.
