Prices on meat when on special great have no name products , excellent staff . Let's face it we are all starving these days so every bit of sale helps. Meat is dear unless you buy on sale and what you wouldn't normally eat. So at the time it was great I think their rewards is bs I have had a rewards card fir over 10 years and still haven't reached 2000 points which is 10 dollars . should be every dollar you spend we match that on rewards card , because we all know Woolworth can right it off as a loss or set up as charity for reward card holders . And get it back at tax time plus more. Prefer them over other Woolworth igas

Brought some cooked prawns on Sunday the 29th January 2023 and they were so salty and tasted a bit different after consuming some I was unable to eat anymore and threw them in the bin that night I had a sore throat and my tongue felt raw and sore today I feeling a little bit better but not 100% ... I will never buy cooked prawns again .. I have to wonder has anyone had my experience

Customer service is always excellent. Super disappointing to see how much prices keep going up at woolies. 20 to 30% increases on some items are ridiculous. Unfortunately it's all about the profit.

Today I witnessed one of your staff members in the self serve checkout belittle a woman who was clearly disabled and walking on crutches, unable to carry anything, and then proceed to tell the poor woman she should use a trolley and put her crutches in the trolley. It was painful and incredibly rude and your staff could clearly see this poor woman is incapacitated. Poor form.
