Pilates Alive
Esther has been my Pilates Instructor for close to 20 years. For most of that time, I have attended the small group sessions with an individual program that provides exercises to address my particular body issues. This program also challenges me, making me stronger but having the flexibility to be modified to better suit my current needs. With a maximum of 4 participants, Esther is able to closely supervise the execution of our exercises to ensure correct alignment and technique.My goal is to be able to continue to enjoy the physical activities I enjoy such as bush walking, riding and skiing. Over the last 15 years, I have been able to do several supported, multi day bush walks carrying a 10kg pack, something I had thought was beyond me due to lower back and neck pain.I highly recommend Pilates Alive with Esther.
