Plush Gepps Cross

The sales rep have limited knowledge. I'd expect the people to know their products in and out. They keep referring to the manual. Experience was okay. They make good quality stuff anyway. If you know what u want u can't go wrong. But don't expect the reps to know what they are talking about.

very poor customer service. It took 6 months to send us our orders. thay never had a estimation date in this period. after 6 months we've been asked to pay the whole money to deliver the order but they postponed our delivery for another week.I never buy anything from this store, and never recomend it to anyone.

Amazing service at Plush Gepps cross. Spent lots of time finding the right product and never felt rushed or pressured to purchase. Can’t wait to receive my new lounge suites. Highly recommend

Purchase 2 x 2 seaters back in January 2022. Delivered August 2022. When they arrived there was an issue with the chairs (incorrectly manufactured). We are now February 2023 and the issue is not resolved. They have come out 3 times now and the latest is incorrect parts being ordered. This was a new piece of furniture what arrived with a defect and still nearly 8 months later is not resolved. Not happy

we had a fantastic purchasing experience at the Gepps Cross store in early July 2021. Kirsty was amazing and her knowledge on the plush products was excellent. We never felt any pressure from her to purchase. We went to the other stores within the complex and found another lounge similar to the one at plush which was a bit cheaper, but we ended up going back to plush the next day as we felt the quality of the plush lounge was far greater, (obviously costs more) We also felt that with the great customer service that Kirsty gave us, we wanted to give her our sale. We now have had our new lounge over a month and love it!

Grabbed a bargain from the Plush GeppsX showroom. They have a dedicated clearance area great products. Lot of value for money. Absolutely love the sofa purchased from them. Great quality products. Friendly and efficient staff. Couldn’t be happier.

Waited 8 months for a lounge only for it to arrive with a stain on it.Called this store and they told me to call customer care.After buying an expensive item and waiting that long, it is not unreasonable to expect the store to sort it out. I as the customer should not be spending 2hrs+ on the phone to customer care with no answer!

Got the most awesome sofas there. A bit pricey but worth it in quality. The showroom is large but was purchased pre-scooter so I cannot judge how that would go. Sales staff were good not pushy and we did run the poor guy ragged by changing our minds about a half dozen times and sitting on nearly every piece of furniture.

We feel this company has blatantly ripped us off and they are ignoring our attempts to contact them.We purchased an expensive leather lounge (retails for $8,000) that hasn’t even lasted 2 to 3 years - plus we bought an additional $400 supposed “warranty” that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.As soon as they take your money, customer service with this company is non-existent. You would imagine at least the store (Gepps Cross) that sold us the lounge (and happily took our money) would get back to us as we were their customers - but no. They clearly couldn’t care less either, just like the company’s Head Office.I’ve dealt with many furniture shops in my life and Plush is by far the worst. We’ve had other leather lounges that have lasted well over 10 years with no sagging or discolouring, yet we didn’t even get 3 years out of this one. This goes to show the “quality” of Plush’s furniture.
