Very bad service. Dropped a script for a compounded ointment on a Tuesday was promised to be ready by Friday. Calling Saturday they discovered it had been missed and that Monday is the earliest time to get the medicine. Not even a effort made to offer a speedy solution or any apologies. Think twice going there.

Asked for a nonprescription cough medicine the pharmacist wanted to know my symptoms and refused based on what I said. Went to another Pharmacist and it was no problem. Glad to see not all staff and Pharmacists think they are doctors.

Not community minded. Unhelpful. Visited to ask a pharmacist to take 2 mins to sight a marriage certificate & verify they had done so for an account name change. So much resistance was given, I left & went elsewhere to someone who was very helpful. I’ll never go back to these guys for anything at all now they’ve revealed their attitude.

I just went to get my scripts filled at this chemist that I’ve been going to for over 2 years. They’ve just been taken over by Terry White and changing over their computers.I get a script for hemorrhagic symptoms with Meno, I experience anxiety around it so when I go in I’m advised it’s a 10min wait no problem as I really need them today asap and it felt safer to be near them.The pharmacist asked me a question about the generic version and a name identifier that I had no clue what she was talking about so I may have shown some confusion but that’s it.So I browse find some coconut sugar chocs as a treat at the counter. I was on my phone distracting myself with a TikTok video while I waited for the lady at the counter to serve me as she was with someone else.She also advised not all things were in the computer and where did I grab them and I pointed at the exact shelf and then she asked me again and as it was the last one I had to actually read the label for her and say this one, there was no rudeness and then she got so rude with me.Got huffy with me because somehow she got offended me for whatever reason I have no idea!! I was very patient seeing as though I literally pointed to the same spot twice!I paid and said thanks but she gave me a passive aggressive thank you as I walked away making out that I hadn’t said thank you. I did walk out but then I thought wait this woman made me feel like a second class citizen cause she was stressed about new computer systems.Never going back there which is sad as it was my preferred chemist before this experience. Seriously it wasn’t that busy and I wasn’t in a hurry at all also not giving any signals I was.Super disappointing experience. It’s like I walked into a wall of super stressed out people something you don’t need when you’re going to get medicine that stops you ending up in the emergency room.Second class citizen experience.

If you wish to be completely ignored whilst clearly standing at the cash register for 10 minutes feel free to go to this place. Not to mention attendees did look my way and saw me. I reckon I could have been there another 10 at least before anyone might have served me but I decided to walk out. Not to mention the dismal range of products they hold. Just go to chemist warehouse and save yourself the trouble.

Excellent Pharmacy! One of the best in Cairns...Made a phone order today with Vicky who was brilliant at her job! Unable to go into store myself due to having to hotel quarantine Vicky listened to all my needs and couldn’t have been more understanding, kind and professional. My friend then collected on my behalf ( which Vicky made a simple process)Thank you very much Vicky!!! This is why I love to shop with Calanna’s at the Gold Coast and Cairns stores.

This Terry Whit Chemist is the best in Cairns . Best staff ever . They are just to deadly there . Only to pleased to help people out Excellent Customer service 10 out 10 A special thanks to Sabrina n Vicky . Your just to deadly lol lol Hah . Love em all there xoxoxo

If you would like to be pushed back to the bottom line of the queue without any reason or apologies, go to this pharmacy. I was waiting for my prescription from 11:35 to 12:04pm. Until every customer was gone, one staff realized my prescription was not done. The pharmacists will talk to you with a poker face. Will NEVER go back.

You guys are the best. I feel like part of the family when I pop in! Everyone is so helpful, friendly and welcoming I would never go anywhere else.

Went to Sheridan St Chemist as close by. Received script Sunday 6/11 for 20 tablets. 6 a day x 3 days (Sun/Mon/Tues) = 2 tablets left for Wednesday. Retail assistant (not a Chemist) wanted to know my full medical situation (which is between me, my Doctor and no one else) but explained anyway, bulging disc pushing on nerves. Flat out refused to fill script for 2 more days despite the fact my Doctor noted on the script it could be refilled at anytime. Zero empathy or concern and no alternatives or advice offered. Went to my local Chemist (different brand) no questions other than if there was anything else they could help with, caring attitude, script filled. Wouldn't go back to Calanna Terry White Sheridan St for asprin. You have nearly as many 1 star ratings as 5 stars ratings, maybe it's time to re-evaluate your customer service standards. I'd have given 0 stars if I could. But you guys keep doing what you're doing, clearly it's your customers who are in the wrong.
