I take my ferrets here once a month to get their nails cut. The staff there are always so friendly and my girls have an absolute blast when they are here. Just an awesome atmosphere and you feel so comfortable knowing that your pets are getting the best treatment here.

Had an after hours emergency on Australia day with my Kelpie.After trying to call all surrounding vets Treendale vet were more then happy to help out and treated her back to full health for a very reasonable price for an after hours callout.Highly recommended this vet to anyone! They were also very helpful over phone before and after our visit also!!Great service!!!

Our beautiful little girl seems to be attracted to bees even though she reacts to them! Bodhi came up in hives after being stung on a walk so I called Treendale as our normal vet was closed and we are SO HAPPY we did! They gave her her antihistamine injections and over night her hives settled just like they said they would. Now she’s back to her normal crazy self! We’ll be changing our vets to Treendale for sure. The receptionists were LOVELY, the vet was INCREDIBLE and told us she was a great weight and other than the sting was a nice healthy happy dog. We were made to feel confident and happy with our entire time there. I read the two one star reviews on here before posting this and can honestly say they’re hilarious, there is no way they are accurate. I’d give this vet seven more stars if I could. We’ve already recommended them to lots of other people and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with no hesitation. 100/10! Thank you Treendale!

Our fur baby was hit by a car last night. Blood was coming out of her mouth, she wasn't moving, I knew she had punctured her lung because she could'nt breathe, I can still hear the cry she made now when the speeding P plater hit her at 60 km/h. Things were looking very grim, We rang Treendale vet and they were at the clinic within 10 minutes. The vet I think his name was Torben or Ruben was awesome to deal with. He checked her vitals, administered pain relief, wrapped the broken limb in a splint and referred us to where she needed to go which we really appreciated because everywhere was booked out not taking new patients. The after hours call out fee was wavered because the vet was more concerned about our little girls well being and getting the proper care that she needed and saving her limb which meant the world to my wife and I because every scent is going to count for her multiple surgery operations she needs to have.Our girl is in good hands now, she is stable and on the mend, not completely out of the woods yet but Treendale Vet played a massive part in saving our dogs life when time was not on our side.I honestly believe if the swift action these guys did not take, our girl would have drowned from her own blood filling in her lungs.

A very special Thanks to Dr Rob, Hayley, Emily and other staff for saving Oakley’s life.After chewing on a Blowfish we rushed Oakley to Treendale Vet where they acted quickly and treated her accordingly. It was touch and go for awhile with Dr Rob constantly checking on Oakley and Hayley staying by her side monitoring her condition.

Lovely, caring and knowledgeable vets. Great service by all staff from reception, nurses, vets, right through to client liason for follow up. A great clinic every time.Highly recommended.

Dr Torbens' care and quick action saved our dogs life. My teenage daughter rushed our dog Tigger to Treendale Pet Medical (not our usual vet, but still they welcomed us with professionalism, care and understanding). We were unsure what had happened to our loved Jack Russell Tigger, but he was moments from passing. Dr Torben treated Tigger for a snake bite which was indeed what had happened, as we later found a baby dugite at our home. Tigger is alive (thank goodness), to tell the tale, and we are hoping to never go through that again. Snake avoidance training here we come. We have rated Treendale Pet Medical 5 stars for their care, attention, experience and professionalism with our beloved Tigger dog. I would highly recommend Dr Torben. Many many thanks to Dr Torben and all the friendly staff for saving Tiggers life.

Amazing service. The staff are super friendly and genuinely care. Constant updates and texts/photos of my dog after surgery and with his progress. Very clean. I was extremely happy with the outcome not only because they saved his life but because of the whole feel of the place and the fact that the staff were constantly reassuring (even when the odds weren't great). Cleanliness, the entire set-up of the clinic for the safety and comfortability of our pet is perfect. Great service, friendly staff and Dr Torben was so helpful, informative and approachable who genuinely cared for our pet. We also utilized after hours contact number to query some health issues with our pet and Dr Robert was extremely helpful and informative. They also followed up our pet to make sure he is doing well after those treatment and we were given advise on what to expect and what to feed to our fur baby. I highy recommend this Clinic 110% it is a clinic that provides great service and peace of mind.

Treendale Pet Medical provides second to none care and accommodation for anxious rescue dogs. My boy is a rescue and as such finds other dogs to be particularly distressing. Treendale are always so accommodating - they will always have appointments available for my boy during non-busy times and allow us to enter directly into consultation rooms if there are other dogs in reception. Everything they do is for the welfare of your pet and you can tell that they really do care and love your pet just as much as you do! Nothing is ever too much trouble, and my boy is always showered with love from the lovely ladies at reception. Yes vet visits can be expensive, however it is worth the money when you know that your fur-baby is being well and truly taken care of. Dr Rob really listens to your concerns and works with you on a solution that is most comfortable for your pet. It's the little things that count, and Treendale has thought of everything, even down to little smiley faces placed on bandages. Definitely recommend!
