Krav Maga Systems

I have always wanted to get involved in physical fitness, with a string focus on self defence and awareness. We live in difficult times and I feel want to be a survivor, not a victim. Being prepared for the worst, becoming physically fit and and being able to defend myself from any potential harm from anyone, regardless of their level of strength and sizes. That's why I have joined Krav Maga Systems Bella Vista. The instructors are awesome and venue is spacious.

Great environment under Kurt leadership, the instructors team is supportive and good fun to learn self defence. Highly recommended to build up your skills, get fit and improve your confidence. It doesn’t matter what age you are and how fit you are to train with this amazing team. They will help you to develop to your best.I personally am improving my mental and physical strength besides learning very valuable skills for real life.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kurt and the krav maga team. Their self defence lessons should be deemed essential in these times. My kids have both learnt the valuable initial skills of creating space and being able to defend themselves. In addition my son has learnt so much about being aware of his surroundings and this has assisted with his anxiety. Kurt is so giving of his time and knowledge. 5 stars on every level.

Krav Maga Systems at The Ponds is an incredible school with an extremely knowledgable team of instructors. They’re full on but supportive classes that push you to your best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and genuinely enjoy every class I attend. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Krav Maga is not only great fun and awesome exercise but easy to pick up and learn while making new friends and learning about yourself. The instructors are great and go beyond to assist anyone willing to learn how to stay safe. The environment is non judgemental and is respectful of all who attend.

Each individual student is evaluated and feed back provided on where to focus in order to better develope your skill. 10/10

Both my daughters enjoy going to self defence class. The teacher is so nice and helpful. The kids are taught not only the self defence skills, but also how to deal with the bad things or bullies. Highly recommend this centre.

Kurt and his team are the best around. I seriously cannot recommend this group enough. My son wanted to start lessons, and then I myself decided to give it a try. Having not done any martial arts training for over 25 years, it was daunting giving it a go again at my age. But the whole team made me feel welcomed and the other students were friendly, supportive and engaging. My son loves going to the lessons and this has become his favourite extra curricular activity during the week. Not only is it teaching him martial arts, but the routine and discipline is also helping him become more focused.
