Mummas On The Move
Upon my 6 week postpartum check-up with my Physio, I was highly recommended to seek the services of Sarah. In due course, I organized a group of my fellow mother's group friends to join me when our infants were approximately 10 weeks old. Given the residual tenderness and soreness we still experienced from childbirth, Sarah was considerate in tailoring our exercises to ensure suitability, with a particular focus on pelvic floor exercises.Sarah's amiable and inviting nature is commendable. Her experience in working with postpartum mothers for the past decade is undoubtedly reflected in her wealth of knowledge and ability to interact exceptionally with babies. The opportunity to indulge in a bit of self-care while enjoying the fresh air and camaraderie of Sarah and my fellow mothers is invaluable.

Sarah and the team are exceptional at what they do! Not only do they really know their stuff in terms of what exercises will best support your unique pregnancy and postnatal condition but they are also just wonderful people. The genuine care and attention to detail Sarah invests in her clients is beyond gold standard. As a bit of an anxious pregnant person I always felt extremely safe and very well supported during training and beyond. I trained weekly and someones twice weekly with Sarah and her team from 13 weeks right through to the day before I went into labour - during each session the team tailored exercises to my symptoms and physical condition at the time. I will also be back for mums and bubs. I cannot recommend Mummas On The Move more highly for anyone pre-natal or post-natal.

Mummas On The Move
Before my pregnancy I was at the gym 4-5 times a week so getting back into it was something I wanted to do from when bubba was 6 weeks. We did with Sarah’s mums and bubs class in the park at Glebe, best thing for my mental and physical health. Sarah has a dance background and a great understanding of the body / movement. She caters to post natal exercise which I couldn’t find a lot of places in the inner west that do, it’s something I look forward to with bub each week, now twice in a week. Great to take the bub outdoors, can stop and start as I need and Sarah is able to cater each movement for what my body needs. I love her! Thanks Sarah.

Sarah was instrumental in helping me build up my strength, tone and fitness back. Bub and I loved our classes together and the coffees with other mums after classes. It has been a highlight of my year off. I particularly appreciate all the research Sarah does on postnatal fitness and her relationships with local physio. I knew I was exercising safely with her!

Mummas On The Move
Sarah has helped me SO much - teaching and training me to get my body moving in the right way after a c-section through 1:1 PT sessions. She listened to what my goals were and worked each session with the best exercises to achieve them. Her knowledge of what happens to the body pre- and post-pregnancy was insightful and each session I went away more confident and encouraged. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those expecting a baby or learning how to move safely again with little ones.

Sarah knows her stuff! Working out with injuries under her guidance means you’re in safe hands and feel like you can sweat without worrying that you’ll be too sore or cause more damage! Sarah offers classes and one on one. I’ve been a loyal fan since Sep 2021 and she’s helped me feel fit and strong. She is a great coach for supporting your fitness and health goals.
