Pink Powdercoating

What a horrible business & owner - I asked for a quote for 6 skateboard parts, I never received the quote & instead the parts were powder coated without my permission. The powder coating itself was HORRIBLE & the parts had to be stripped but we're then no longer usable after this. After 6 weeks, the owner agreed to refund me but instead proceeded to block my number & still has not refunded me for the replacement parts.

I have an invoice from August 2019 that I am still waiting payment on. Owners have told me a combination of the following waiting payment on a 'big order' before they can pay me - paid it but to the wrong account and are waiting for funds to be returned - will pay it this Friday in full - thought it had been paid and will check - are looking after sick grandchildren and will pay it when back - have no money now but I am their priority to pay ASAP."The list of excuses is long and promises made are never met. Phone calls are not returned and emails not answered.Company cancelled their ABN in November.They also own Northern Suburbs and Fencing who have received many poor reviews for not paying accounts."

Had to get the job done again by another business.
