This place is recommended for kids with ages from 4 yr to 12 yr and parents can enjoy a cup of coffee in the cafe at front door with other friends or mother group.

I was up from Melbourne for the day and found this to be an awesome place to get away from the rain. My daughter is 2 years old and she had a ball. It caters well for all ages and had excellent facilities. Everything is really new and clean and the staff were friendly.

My kids enjoyed lot.Nice place to apend time.. Full on for. One hour..Staffs are busy so may be will take time to get in..

The kids loved it. Our Granddaughter had a great time. I watchef as Im too old and too chicken ! Its a great place. Go there, its a lot of fun.

Daughter had a small birthday party there and they couldn't of been better. Friendly, Helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone thinking of the same. Just a great place and great service! Also fruity platter was fresh as fresh as were the doughnuts. thankyou Xtreme Bounce

Its a great place for kids to burn off excess energy and at the same time have an amazing experience with the wide variety of bouncing experiences. The only negative experience was that bigger and older kids were throwing the balls at smaller kids and hitting their heads and injuring them. The staff there just waited. A warning to the older kids could have made the experience fun for all. Safety wise that was the only issue.

I have come there multiple times and this place was very great. As a person who works with people with disabilities the disrespect we were given is disgraceful. To start with we arrived at the door as we tried to make a book but there were technical difficulties, so we called up and they told us to just come in and it would be ok (mind you this is a couple days before going) when we got there it was very chaotic and very busy. And there was no tables free for us to put our Personal belongings at. So we had placed them in a corner out of everyone’s way as best we could. Half way through our session the “manger” told us to move our bags as it is a tripping hazard. We apologised and moved out belongings to a now free table. Once we moved upstairs with our belongings some people wanted to start eating their lunch boxes (which in all the times we have gone there never had a complaint about this.) the manager then come up to me and tells us we are not allowed to eat food that isn’t from their cafe. Which is a joke because I read everything online and I can’t find anywhere it says this. The manager then tells us if we would like to go sit in the car park and it outside and eat we can do that. The manager wasn’t nice or listening to our needs/wants and was very hard to actually talk to since she seemed like she was very angry to begin with. So once our session was up we left and don’t plan on coming back here again

Food was disappointing !!!!Kids chips and gravy was cold and gravy was way too strong and powdery and a gourmet pie was $9 but was given an ordinary one but in saying that the kids had a ball.

Love this place. Kids are happy chasing that dopamine and I get my coffee and food in peace. Great Cafe. Also great for kids party worth not having to clean the mess afterwards no effort required.
