Very unhelpful.... was looking to engage an embroidery provider for customers and retailers I deal with. Any decent business owner will jump at this and try to be as helpful as possible to get this deal. Instead I was talked rudely and encountered a person who was demanding for me to go to the store in order to answer questions. Apparently on the three calls I made she couldn't serve me on the phone as she was always busy with customers. As if a telephone enquiry for a deal that could represent great money wasn't one. I am glad I didn't go further with this business. Thank you Jackie for opening my eyes that you are not the suitable person to provide you with a deal that can represent more than 10k a year for your business.

we have used emboride me for a few years now and really cant fault there customer service and product. They deliver every time on time and to quote which is fantastic they have our logo on final and its a breeze to use them

I used Embroidme Chatswood for uniforms for my new business. They consulted with me for the various ways they could handle" my logo

I wouldn't give even one star for this shop. I got attacked verbally by one of the ladies there this morning.I went to this shop yesterday to get some embroidery done for my daughter's school blazer as I thought they still open on Mondays as before. But it was closed and I found one of the many signs on their door saying that I probably could leave my stuff at one of their neighbourhood shops if they are not there. I had to make sure if I really could leave it there or not. I asked the lady at the shop, and she kindly said I could do it and they usually help each other in that way. So I left my daughter's blazer there as we don't live close to this shop. My daughter called this shop this morning to make sure they got her blazer from next door. But a man who answered the phone said this lady was picking up their stuff from next door so she was going to call them again.After a few minutes, I got a call from this lady and she was so terribly upset, rude and even yelled at me from the first instance asking why I left my stuff at the shop next door. She said only couriers can leave their stuff next door, not the customers.I explained that I didn't see 'for couriers' on the sign, but if I didn't see it properly and got confused, I'm sorry, but she doesn't need to be that upset and rude to her customer.She said that I have no common sense at all!She hung up herself after she said that she's gonna accept it only this time and I can pick it up this Friday. I was so upset with her, but I didn't know what to do for a while. Then she called me again and said she's gonna take a picture of the sign if I want and I said it's not necessary. Then she said she's not gonna do the job and told me to pick it up from the shop.I was shaking as I never expected to be verbally attacked by a person that I've never met before.I had to rush off to pick it up before my important lunch appointment. I just found that I read the sign wrong by mistake. I thought it was 'customers, not couriers'. I admit that it was my mistake and I didn't know the lady from next door to this shop was only one of the workers there, so she got in trouble with the next door shop owner. I'm sorry for that.However, her terribly rude manner is not appropriate for any customers.I'm not interested in the relationship between the two shops, but I don't deserve this horrible experience for my small mistake as their customer!You should be ashamed.

I highly recommend Jackie and the team at Fully Promoted Chatswood. Jackie makes promotional shirts snd hats so easy. Twice she has gotten me out of jam with a tight deadline, priding great work on time. I highly recommend them!
