Winmalee Pizzeria

Pizza is ok but in spite of being warned EATNOW is still showing $9.50 for Large PIZZA. If Winmalee PIZZA doesn't want to sell them for that price then get the post changed otherwise people will rightly expect to pay the advertised price.

Pizza and garlic bread were tasty. Low review because of issues with prices displayed. When I went to pay it was more expensive than I expected. When asked why I was told the price of the garlic bread had increased by 50c. I paid because I didn’t want to argue about 50c but (a) I think it’s illegal to display a lower price for an item and charge a higher one and (b) they could have told me about the price difference when I ordered the garlic bread but they didn’t. Doesn’t feel right.

Good pizza, AWFUL service, we order here quite often only because of the quality of pizza, but it’s NEVER delivered on time. Management was EXTREMELY unprofessional! I went into the shop in person and ordered 9 pizzas for an event I was hosting the following day so there would be no issues. Originally asked for delivery at 6, but called in and pushed it back for 7:30 thinking it would give them more time since they opened at 5. You’d think 24 hours would be enough time to prepare? I guess not. It came an hour late and a lot of the guests had left by then. Thankfully I like leftover pizza or two large pizzas would have gone to waste. Called to speak with management and he ended up HANGING UP on me! I am not one to complain but I was very frustrated and expected at least an apology and acknowledgement. I didn’t receive either, don’t know if I will be ordering from here again.

Pizza is fine and well priced for the quality.Unfortunately i live 750m away and I receive cold pizza every time.After the third time being tonight I decided to call the restaurant to just give them some feedback as its clearly a Menulog issue I believe. (driver delivering to me last on their way back to the restaurant)Unfortunately the staff didn’t really care i feel which is disappointing to say the least.

It seems to be a busy place, and as a result the service was a bit slow. Good pizza, chicken wings were not. Staff was friendly.

Straight up, best pizza in the mountains. Great flavour and great staff. The wait does sometimes get a bit long but this is to be expected as they are a small business. Definitely worth the wait!!!!

1 hour and 45 minutes for a pizza I ordered 15 minutes after they opened is ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is me ordering from them again after it took them that long last time too. Shame on me for giving the benefit of the doubt I guess.Don't quote an hour if it'll take 2, so I can plan food properly.

Service in store was excellent. Pizza was delicious with great coverage of toppings. The kids loved it. Very happy. We will definately be going back.

We ordered pizza tonight thinking we would be in for some great food only to be left utterly disappointed and still hungry. The base is paper thin.. so thin that when you pick the piece up to eat it the pizza flops and the topping falls off. Not to mention no flavour at all so that just made it even worse. When I called to complain the girl didn’t give a dam it was horrible and just said sorry.. I will never order from there again.

We have tried to order several times. They either close early (or earlier than is stated on the internet), run out of dough or have too many orders. Not sure why we waste our time over and over again. Would rather travel further for something more reliable
