Long haired German Shepherd - 3.5hr app for a wash/deshed Overall a pretty good job however came home with a number of mats/tangled hair all around his neck and under his chest - would have been nice to have this communicated to us if it was noticed but not able to achieve in this app, alternatively makes me think it wasn't noticed. $160 cost.

We are very happy with the grooming services our GS receives at Dogue Williamstown. The team are very friendly and Karen is able to groom our long haired shepherd without any issues. He needs more than just a wash and tidy and also receives de-shedding and hand scissoring work. He loves going and is happy to see all the staff. Our boy looks very handsome after his appointment and we have no hesitation in recommending.

Dogue, you are the pawfect place to take my elder dogue Byron for his groom. Byron is 13.5 yo and I am his Dogfather. I travel from Ballarat to get him groomed as he enjoys the experience offered at Dogue Williamstown so much better than his previous groomers in Ballarat. Always a top job and a bandanna to boot! Byron won't be groomed anywhere else!

We visited Dogue Williamstown for the first time yesterday and are so very happy with the result. In fact, so happy we booked our next appointment in the spot!! Highly recommend.

I must say our dog Robbie was looking a little worse for wear, I almost felt embarrassed taking him in.He was so calm when I collected him and had a great full groom, he looks fantastic - great cut.No hesitation in recommending the Dogue team.

We have been taking our Cavoodle Gus to Dogue since it opened and have always been happy with the grooming that he received. Yesterdays visit was a disaster to say the least, he looks like he has been trimmed by a first year apprentice without any supervision. Face totally messed up and uneven on both sides, too short, and ears too long making the face look unbalanced. He had beautiful eyelashes which have now been trimmed on one side and not touched on the other and with the facial fur trimmed so short he looks really weird. I know it will grow back in time but we certainly will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone who cares how their pet looks. Feeling ripped off @ $102 for a job that I reckon I could have done and got a better result.

Our Moodle Max had a Tidy Up and Bath yesterday and he looks and smells amazing. They do a wonderful job every time.
