Looksmart Alterations

Very rude on Tuesday I came in with 2 dresses and when I called up today they have told me I don’t know what you are in about and hung up on me then called back again and told them where is my dress I gave them my name they kept telling me is this ur name when I simply just told them my name and the they told me oh ur dress is ready and hung up on me again

Looksmart Alterations has outstanding service! I would love to credit Arlene, Dinah, Mahaboob and Rose for their amazing work. I would highly recommend anyone who needs any alteration services to go to them!

I can’t express how happy I am with look smart alterations in Penrith. Customer service is amazing and also when I needed something urgent, they did it on the spot. Price is very reasonable and I can’t thank the ladies enough for doing such an amazing job on my dress and pants. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

I dropped off two suits to be dry cleaned at the Penrith Westfield store on the 19/09/2022. I went back on the 03/10 to collect them and was told they were still with the dry cleaner, I went back again on the 28/10 to pick and was told they were still with the dry, they tried to call the dry cleaner to find out where they wereI went back on the 01/11/2022 and was told the same story, why is it so hard to find these two suits? Either the Penrith store has lost them or given them to another third party, or the dry cleaners have lost them.on Saturday 12/11/2022 I went to pick up my suits as I was told they had been found and were available for collection, the name had dropped off them and they were found, mistakes happen.However when I went to collect my suits there was one full suit and a jacket, however I dropped off two full suits.! And it clearly was printed on the receipt 2 suit - dress - 2 pieces, when I went back to advise the operator that the trousers were missing from one of the suits she advised this was a mistake from the dry cleaners, whilst I agree with that, the operators of locksmart Penrith are also responsible for checking that all items come back as per the receipts.I couldn’t believe how rude all the staff were, like it was my fault that they were lost.!. I was promised a refund and am still waiting for it.!. Disgusted with the service provided.!

Horrible and very unpleasant customer service by the desk lady. She raised her voice and became quite aggressive when I was not happy with the outcome of my alterations. I will not be going back or recommending Looksmart Alterations.

This place has been good for the last year that I've used them but in the last 2 weeks I've been there 6 times on random days (except sundays) to drop off some clothes and it's been closed.. no sign up saying why it's closed before 4pm. Is this place still open? Both the we site and google maps say it closes at 4pm monday to saturday, so why can't i bring my clothes in to get them altered?

I attend to have a $50 Dress altered around the bust.Originally was quoted $90! I said not to worry, as I did not want to pay more than the dress. She came back and dropped the price to $50.I picked up the dress today and tried it. One side fit okay but the other was long, loose and had smaller coverage of my breast. Additionally, now shows more cleavage. It was lopsided.I questioned the difference and asked what can be done to fit it. The lady advised that cause she didn't do the alterations, she didn't know what was done, nor could do anything. She walk away and went to the back of the shop.I asked again, Understandable that she didn't do the job

Terrible service! I took a formal dress in for the hem to be raised. I was first given a price for this job that was almost as much as the entire dress cost me. After negotiating they agreed to $30 cheaper. I left the dress with them for 2 days being clear I needed it back no later than that. When I arrived to pick it up, first they couldn't even locate my dress (how hard would it be to find a long formal dress in amongst jeans and pants?) and then I was told it hadn't even been started. I was asked to wait around for 40 mins, they would stop what they were in the middle of and do it immediately. I couldn't understand when we had agreed upon a date and time for me to pick it up they hadn't even begun the job prior to that. In the end it only took them 30mins. Furthermore the person serving me was rude and even raised her voice at me amongst other customers in her shop, saying I wasn't the only customer, they were very busy. Well it's good they have lots of business but it's not really my problem if they can't manage their workload better. And I can't understand their logic not to complete a 30min job somewhere over that 2 day period I left the dress there. Very frustrating and disappointing when I pay for a service and they end up rushing through it anyway. Next time I will go elsewhere as the stress is not worth it.

NEVER AGAIN am I using this place they are rude and flat out disgusting in behaviour I brought in a dress to get altered as it was too long they were taking it up not even 2cm and they charged me $89.99 the next day I called to cancel as I didn't need it altered anymore as I changed my shoes and because it actually cost more the the dress itself.I went the next day because they said the lady who does the refunds wasn't in that day and when i got there they then proceeded to tell me the same thing that the person who does the refunds isn't there and come back Monday (this was the Sunday) I get there Monday and I was served by the same person who told me she doesn't do the refunds and she asked me aggressively why I changed my mind so I told her then she proceeded to take the pins out of the dress harshly then putting it in a bag she then did the refund which I got told she doesn't do but now she magically does.After getting the refund she threw the dress at me and it hit me in the face and there was 2 pins left in the dress that hit my forehead it could of hit my eye or caused some serious damage.NEVER AGAIN AM I USING THIS SERVICE honestly not even worth the 1 star but you can't do 0 star reviews.
