My wife ordered and paid for the foodstood there for over 30 mins while some girl staff just stared at herThen after a lot of standing around and waiting no food arrivedStanding and waited in the foyerThen some kid call Joseph came out and gave a refund didn’t say sorry at allThis is the 10th time in a row they have got it wrongI use to work @ kfc kings park and KFC use to have standard with champs customersChicken must of gotten to expensive these days cost cuts don’t let kfc perform champs mystery customersWhat does CHAMPS stand for. 100 % there was no speed or hospitality involved with this bunch of jokes

It's really good during the day, but at night, it can get busy, and sometimes some of the food is out of stock, but it's always cooked well.

Very disappointed in Kfc Thornton brought a Cheap as chips meal on there app $23.95 Chicken was so oily and undercooked we ask for some ribs got all thighs dripping with oil chips was half empty we normally love there food I.know they are busy but for the price you'd expect cooked chicken

Worst meals we have ever had from a KFC, scrawny chicken pieces and less than half a bag of chips in each box. Very disappointing.

Rip order 6 pieces. At drive through window get told 3 pieces and confirm its 6 pieces and get told oh that's right. Pay for 6 and chips. Pick up and get home 3 pieces of chicken, to far to go back.

Received 6 pcs of chickens instead of 8 pcs and a big coleslaw was missing too. Very disappointed,we live in Lambton just visited someone last Dec. 24th and decided to buy Cheap As Chips in KFC app ...we paid the exact money but we received incomplete foods

I have a love hate relationship with this KFC. Sometimes you go through the staff are great and the food is fantastic, the next time the staff are useless or untrained and the food is garbage. They do get the orders wrong alot ! I eat there to often. The store could do with some stronger management, and training young people to be a bit more up beat and friendlier and to check their orders properly. Also I mentioned to a staff member one day the floor needed the slippery when wet sign out as she had just mopped and it was dangerously wet like she hadn't mopped the water back off it. She wasn't overly impressed I addressed the issue with her.

Came here for a quick lunch with my partner. Service was extremely fast and the chips were amazing with the perfect amount of salt. Normally small to no wait time. Toilets are clean and staff are friendly and make clean tasty food. Sometimes the burgers are sloppy but that's normal for a fast food restaurant.
