I was visiting Inverell and alas one of my headlights weren't working. As I was on a schedule I popped in to see if they could help and the team squeezed me in and fixed the problem the very next morning.Service was fantastic, the issue fixed and explained (not just a blown light bulb!!!) And pricing was more than reasonable for work done at such short notice.Highly recommended

I took my car to them, because it had some lights on, in the dash. They told me it was going to cost $65 to read the codes.In the end they have charged me $116 and did not have any ideia of what the problem is and not even printed the codes to me. I have asked twice for the printed paper with the codes, without success.Peter told me to bring the car back and leave with him for some days…In the end I decided to take the car to Byron Street eletrics and they could do the same job for less than the half the price. It showed up more than 15 different codes. They were extremely fair and responsible with me and told me to see the Toyota dealer, instead of trying to take more money from me.I took the car to the Toyota Dealer and they will charge me less than $50 box to read the codes and tell me the real problem.Peter Romer Auto Eletrics, they are extremely expensive and shows a lack of knowledge about car eletrics and ethics.I deeply regret to have took my car to this place.

Absolutely fantastic service. My car had the battery light flicking on and off and Peter was recommended to me as I was passing through Inverell the following day. Fortunately for me, I made it to Peter's workshop but the battery was completely flat. The alternator needed to be replaced. He was already snowed under with other work but had me on my way the following day. Having to wait for the part to arrive overnight was the only delay. Peter was a massive improvement on the poor customer service I received by the auto electrician I approached at Warialda. Well done Peter and Jess for outstanding customer service.
