Awash Carcare & Cafe

Went to Awash this morning (May-2022) and paid for a F1 Luxury car wash ($75), the result was very disappointing. Pictures are just some examples, no eye for detail/care. The car was not cleaned properly inside or outside. The boot floor of the car was also wet and leaves/dirt sprayed in. They actually opened up the boot and cleaned the edges of the door frame with the high pressure cleaner which would have led to it, after it was vacuum cleaner prior. I couldn't inspect it in detail before leaving as I had my two small kids with me. At least they both enjoyed waiting in the cafe with treats, but I won't come back.

Put car in for a standard wash, watched them from the cafe and could see car was left in sun covered in soap, and it dried on the car. Team only chamois the vehicle dry and missed many parts leavening dried soap marks over the car.Didn’t even wash car properly. Yellow tree sap or bird dropping marks and hand prints were still left on car. Didn’t even wash around the mirrors.Advertising that external wash includes door jambs, these were not touched, and also had dry soap scum stains.Basically took the car home and washed it again myself.The acid they used to was the wheels damaged the clear coat, and now all 4 wheels require repair.Looks like a professional outfit, but speed is their priority- not quality.I do not recommend

The team always do a great job with our 2 luxury cars and are the best in the area. The team are also so friendly and dog friendly seating outside too. I sometimes leave my car when I go to my beauty appointments & they don’t mind keeping the car until I walk back.Thank you for always being so accommodating to me and when I bring the dog along too.The cafe is nice too and it’s a lovely space to work from with a laptop or book.

We paid extra for polish on 2 cars. Horrible service. Cars not vacuumed properly, dust not wiped off, polish obviously not done. Don’t waste your money here.We checked the cars and notified Suri but were told they didn’t have time to. What a joke of a place. Horrible business.

I've been here once before with my previous van and was happy that time. But this time with my brand new (4 week old) van the job done was appalling. When I opened the side door the whole cargo section hadn't even been touched. They then gave it a quick vacuum and wipe but still didn't bother to open the tailgate. As I've had an extra cargo barrier put in behind the tailgate this section cannot be reached from the side. It was still covered in dog hair (I'm a professional dog walker) I should have checked more thorough but I just wanted to get home as I have a lot left to do before going away on holidays. You can be the judge on whether you think a good job was done by looking at the pics I took as soon as I got home (2 minute drive) This was the $75 F1 for large vehicle wash (see receipt). As per the website this wash offers a more personalised touch" than the regular wash. Hmmmm

I had my car washed here on Thursday 23 September 2021 and they did a terrible job. The car was definitely cleaner than when I arrived but for $50, the results were atrocious. I'll let the photos do the talking. Take your car and money somewhere else.

I have been coming here for the last 10 years for all my households vehicles. We have owned a bunch of European and exotic cars over the years and all have been well detailed each visit (Senna Service)! I currently have my Lotus detailed at this facility only on a monthly basis (Senna Service). The place has had several ownership changes, but the management has remained and his staff are well trained and courteous. I have never had any issues with job and they have always tended to requests when there is extra dust/bird droppings etc without any hassle. I will continue coming here for the next 10 years!Furthermore, seeing the other reviews here, I just don’t think it is fair to expect a micro-level detail for $50. I bring our cars here every month, hence why they remain spotless throughout the year. It’s an easier job for the workers and the coffee is great!

Dropped large SUV at 9am for wash and polish. Was given car back and told was washed and polished in 35 minutes!Quality poor, not all interior seals wiped down, water marks still in doors, and highly doubt was too much polish applied. Won’t be back.

Since new ownership place has gone down hill. Price now up to $60 in and out my front Mat was still filthy didn’t dry the car properly at all and left streaks from polish all offer the Carbon fibre at the back which looks dirty also.
