Rani and Jake along with the entire BFT team are very knowledgeable, professional and motivating! I saw real results after 6 weeks of regular training!

Such a supportive gym. The trainers make the effort to understand your personal fitness level and strength. I’ve never felt fitter and have constant encouragement and motivation.The community is also great, always paired up with lovely, friendly people.Love it!

BFT is the best!!!!The trainers at Elsternwick are amazing! There are alway enthusiastic and push you to do you best! They always bring the vibes no matter what time of the day! They always correct your form to ensure you are doing exercises correctly.There is a clear difference between BFT and other providers. I especially love the weight classes where you are given enough time to change weights and complete the reps and are not rushed.

Best GYM I could have found! The coaches are amazing, they motivate us and make the classes enjoyable (even though the tough cardio ones!). I had a couple of injuries outside the gym and they always help me adjust the exercises to help with the recovery. I really recommend it if you are looking for a varied body work out with well planned classes and with professional trainers that really care about you.

Jake, Sara and the entire team at BFT Elsternwick are amazing. They create a very welcoming and inclusive environment. They are able to tailor the workouts for injury and offer great coaching for people at all levels. They create a great sense of community and will remember your name after your first visit.

BFT Elsternwick is great! the entire team there are amazing! they are passionate about what they do and are so incredibly helpful! There is a great atmosphere in this studio, the trainers help you with technique if you need it and push you to work harder, in a good way! BFT Elsti has had me as a member longer than any previous gym or studio that I had joined and after years, because I still enjoy going there after all this time :)

Great gym and community, brilliant atmosphere in every class; very friendly with very supportive coaches. The results have been amazing too - the mix of cardio and strength classes are really effective! Highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend BFT Elsternwick highly enough! Jake, Rani, Sara and the coaching team create a fun, friendly and comfortable atmosphere whilst pushing you to do your best. We only left because we sadly moved across town, but will really miss this place. Great vibes.
