Pillow Talk Port Macquarie

Lied or ignorant? Yesterday i visit Ed your store to by a mattress topper. I specifically ask for one like they have in the hotels as I find them comfortable and not hot. I had had a bamboo previously ( like one I show the shop assistant that made me sweet). She showed me one that was on sale. Again I asked will this keep me cool and not make me hot. She told me it was yes it would fineIt was a cold night last night after the rains. I hope onto bed with the mattress topper. Within 5-10 mins I was so hot I had to remove it. Problem solved.(I don't have menopause).So I packed it up to take back with the receipt stuck to it. Receipt says mattress topper no returns.I will make life hell if you don't take it back. I was cheated clearly. I was not told about your refund policy at the time of purchase and I was told by the sales lady ( standing next to one at cashier that it would not make me hot? I can't see how you could sell such a product).I will be. Back in the stall next weekend to return it. I know my consumer rights well from previous experience and know my consumer rights well with previous experience with consumer affairs.I won't accept deceitful traders.Regards

Rude, disgusting service by a lady named Jane, this morning. We were looking at pillows worth $250 each, as we have neck & back problems.She spoke short & sharp to us, made us feel like idiots.Walked out of there feeling disgusted & angry.Very very disappointed, we live in Port Macquarie, will never go in there again.

I was helped by a lovely lady Nikki who helped me and my partner choose out a pillow and other bits and pieces for our house. She was honest and very helpful. Great store and lovely staff. Thanks so much Nikki for the help

Friendly staff, convenient online ordering click and collect system. Was pleasantly surprised to see a large variety of homewares available, aside from the large selection of pillows and manchester.Wheelchair friendly access.

It was my 1st time getting good bedding for myself ( I usually just get things for Xmas). The team was awesome, Nicole took me through a lot of options ranging in prices and worked with me to find what is the best pillow, quilt and sheet set for my sleeping needs. I was told to go to pillow talk by a co worker and after the experience I had I will recommend everyone to go to see them as well.

As I have always found the service is very good. Staff are friendlt and helpful without being pushy. Displays are interesting and its easy to find prices. A pleasant experience.

Went to Pillow Talk PM, for the first time, last Sunday. Wow! What a fabulous store, so much to look at & find. We are moving to Port from Sydney, & needed some bathroom accessories! We were allowed to wander without being hasseled! When we needed help, the wonderful Jude assisted us. What a delight to have her serve us. Can’t wait to go back. A great experience. Thank you Jude.

Very friendly and helpful staff in Port Macquarie. The overall experience though was marred by the ridiculously sticky labels on the bamboo mats purchased. After having spent about 20 minutes trying to peel off the labels and then taking off the remainder of them with eucalyptus oil I was frustrated with what had earlier being a great shopping experience. Please, please, please provide labels on your products that are easily removable.

I just had the best customer service from Nikki at Pillow talk in Port Macquarie, she went above & beyond to help me out with several purchases.Nikki is definitely an asset to that store.
