Terrible service, staff confused myself and another customer, they lost her script and when I went to fulfil a script TW Unley couldn’t at another pharmacy, I realised, I had her script which the staff lost in store! Had they checked properly, her list script would have been found in the scripts being fulfilled.

Questioned my over the counter medication and wouldn’t give it to me. Had to go somewhere else. Disappointing. Don’t question a customer’s medication needs even when their doctor has said it’s fine.

The pharmacist at Terry White are useless. I got my Covid Booster shot there and it's already been a week still my Vaccine status is not updated on my IHI. And moreover they don't have any answers to when or if it will get updated.

Wanted to get certified copies and the Pharmacist “Piq” refused to do any, as “that’s her personal decision”.Not coming again to this pharmacy, rather take my Business elsewhere where pharmacist do abide by their duty to certify documents.

This is my local pharmacy and getting a script here is painful. I have never once been able to be get a script filled in under 20 minutes, generally it's 30 mins, staff ambivalent and not very friendly. I wish a big player would open in this area so it offers some competition.
