World Gym Underwood

Superb facility that’s located in a great area for anyone to experience at anytime of week. Brand new equipment which always feels comfortable and easy to use, not too mention the friendly and extremely helpful staff who are there to greet you everyday before you smash out your workout.Shout out too Marco for introducing me to the world of fitness, I would not the be the same energetic, healthy and happy person that I am today if he didn’t tell me all the mental and physical positives that one can receive after every workout and a healthy meal!Thank you World Gym Underwood!!

Best gym in the area. Staff are really friendly and polite. Never really waiting long times to use the equipment. Gym floor space is not too cramped at all. Gym shakes some of the best out of all world gyms

Love the team, equipment and the creche here at World Gym Underwood. Originally moved over as I had a son and the creche looked amazing. He loves spending time while I train and absolutely adores the team as they go above and beyond in their roles. Renee has been an absolute legend in the creche, on the floor with classes and in her role as the group fitness manager bringing only the best classes to the gym.

Really great gym!! Reception staff in the morning are always so friendly and always let me know when sales are on but are never pushy about it. Definitely recommend world gym underwood for the staff alone - makes it feel like a home away from home

Fantastic gym to be a member at! All the staff are supper friendly. Renee our group trainer has been training me now for about 6 months, she's absolutely amazing love her classes. She givesme just the right push, knows my ability and works with me to achieve my goals. I've seen great results in my fitness from her classes she's the best!

One of the ladies at the front desk (I believe her name is India) was outstanding in my transition changing gyms. She is very welcoming and made me feel instantly comfortable. WG you’ve got a keeper! India is an amazing member to your team. She always takes the time to explain the different supplements, protein powders, greens powders etc. India gives 5 star customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Signed up for a 3 month membership which costs more obviously than a 12 month one, after the 3 months they continued to take the money out when l rang them they said in the contract there is a box that if l don't tick the contract continues unless l ring to end it and they need a months notice... What the? Then when l rang they said they will wave the one month notice and send me an email whilst on the phone! Nope no email, l rang back, oh sorry the manager has gone home. So l guess l have to ring again tomorrow to ensure l get an email confirming my contract has ended. This is why people don't return to businesses that are dodgy!Please have some ethics and perhaps one might feel safe enough to sign up longer! Apart from that l enjoyed the Underwood world gym, but will be looking elsewhere because of this.

Some of the instructors here and their classes are amazing like Liam and Jenny. I won't name names publicly but other instructors are pretty useless as they don't even show up to the class despite it not being cancelled. The trainers are friendly but on several occasions I've had to pick up after them (weights left laying around etc) and they don't use towels which just seems so strange. I don't work there but I feel like I do more housekeeping than some of the trainers - so odd.

The staff at the gym is so welcoming and friendly, and the facilities are top-notch and always clean. It's such a great place to work out!, shout out to Marko I am always nervous about joining new gyms but instantly knew I could ask him anything about gym and just have a yarn with. always like a trainer that makes the transition easy. Up the underwood.
