Went to upgrade my phone and got the best service! Lovely lovely people, very helpful and all round just a great experience. I had a lovely guy Ethan help me out majorly with everything i needed, props to him! This is why i stay with optus & reccomend to everyone!

Mate everytime I come here Nambour has the best service quick and efficient service from all the staff these guys are problem solving gods, looking for management in high tech companies ?? If they worked at Nambour Optus store I can co-sign their more then capable and more then competent !! BEST TEAM EVER

Disgusting service, from the young woman who when I explained what I wanted, she wanted My drivers licence and would not invite me into the shop! How disgusting then said to me after I said that she needs to invite me in as a customer, told me in no uncertain terms I'm not serving you your rude to me???Go figure

Somehow the main Optus system had altered my birthdate to 01/01/1901 - no wonder I was feeling old!! Anyway, all fixed and upgraded the phone while I was there by pre-ordering the new Samsung S21. A very pleasant experience in good service in this day and age.
