Chemist Warehouse Queanbeyan

Very unhelpful staff in pharmacy section. Refused to dispense medication as they couldn't do Webster packs. Went straight to another chemist and got told medication can be dispensed in a box and taken with me to do Webster packs elsewhere.

For a chemist, or even just a business open to the public, the accessibility for wheelchair users is really a problem.The door has a metal bump that is difficult to get over, the isles are so narrow and packed in that trying to turn around and back track is near impossible, let alone to let other customers past or get past them.It’s absolutely appalling and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Either they can't get staff or won't employ more staff but something is definitely wrong. Used to get served pretty quickly when they first opened but now the wait times are very long. Usually can only see 1 or 2 people in the dispensary doing both dispensing if scripts and serving customers. The store is very crowded with narrow aisles. I order my scripts on the app & a couple of years ago would get the msg within 2 or 3 hours to pick up. Now it's usually a full day. The wait to pick them up is very long. Not worth keeping scripts behind the counter for convenience ". Please employ more staff for the dispensary."

Many mistakes when preparing Webstar packs, and can't handle pressure. Good prices, however chaotic services.

Prescriptions are very cheap. I was also able to find masks and RATs as I'm looking after a family member with Covid.

The car parking is not working anymore, awaiting times are too long , today I have tried to get a medication that I need permanently to the blood and due to a blackout they send me at home without the medication ( even after I have explained to pharmacist that I really need that medication) so start to think is not any point to go there anymore . I will have to think to move to other pharmacy

Went in today to get a script filled, ended up listening to a group of staff members behind the script counter talking about there weekends and swearing profusely , while only one person was serving customers (there were quiet a few elderly people waiting to be served).Highly un orofesssional and I seem to be having more and more bad experiences within chemist warehouse stores… on that not the staff at the point of sale are usually pretty good.

Shop is way too small- can’t get past anyone in the isles.Staff always take a longtime to get your scripts.Shop is always jam packed with stuff.

Medicine told by the doctor that we can get over the counter these people says you can’t get it. Because their bludy pharmacist have bigger degree from doctor. I wish to gave them — rating but unfortunately can’t go lower than 1 star. Staff is so rude don’t serve anyone with a smile atleast.Never ever going there againI will take my business to somewhere else.Don’t go to queanbeyan one go to Fyshwick if you have to go chemist warehouse
