Dr Ryan was running on time, was very personable and explained everything easily and professionally.Admin staff were very cheerful and friendly, despite my appointment being at 5:20pm on a Friday :)

I was able to get an appointment in two days due to a recent cancellation. As the issue wasn't urgent, this was perfect. The office staff were courteous and efficient and the Doctor was professional and personable.

I have been a patient at Medicine on Second for a few years I always get first class attention. When I leave after an appointment I'm confident any problem I might have , has been dealt with. The reception staff are really helpful and friendly It's a busy practice because it's a very good practice.

All fast friendly service at reception and I have been visiting Jenny Cooke and Micheal Ryan for many years and now I live in Brisbane I still drive up the coast to see them as they are both wonderful Doctors

Was greeted by friendly and helpful staff when I arrived. Then met with Dr Ryan who was very professional and made me feel at ease very quickly. Great experience all round.

First time visit for me. Nice, friendly, helpful, professional staff. The Doctor I saw, followed up with a phone call the next day after consulting with another specialist physician, over a medical issue he wanted to confirm. Not many Doctors take the time to do this personally, it's usually the receptionist passing on a message in my experience)
