Cairns Crystal Cascades Holiday Park

Very clean. The pool and playground allows for the kids to run a muck. Really great experience in the cabin as it was very spacious! Definitely come back here again!

Quiet Caravan Park not so far from Cairns. All facilities are good maintained, friendly staff. A perfect place for vacation in caravan.

Really nice and clean park. Love the serenity of this park next to mountain and rainforest. You will wake up with birds chirping and cockatoo squawking. BBQ / camping and swimming area are well maintained. Rooms are really tidy and spacious.

Cleanest park we have stayed at. Toilet/shower facilities huge, modern and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. The site we had was adequate but possibly a little small for bigger rigs. Close to everything that you may need.

Best campsite we stayed in Queensland!! Such a highlight to spend our last night of the trip there. So beautiful and quiet. The atmosphere at night is magic! Enjoyed the bbq and pool all to ourselves. Bathroom facilities were perfectly clean and modern.

Beautiful setting, immaculately kept grounds, clean and modern facilities (vases of fresh flowers in the amenities was a nice touch), and friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is how small the sites are - it does feel a bit sardine-like, and our camper trailer barely fit on the site. Overall would definitely recommend.

A lovely quiet caravan park nestled in the middle of two mountains. The downside is, the park is 20mins from the city centre. The sites are a reasonable size, surrounds by grass. The toilets are of a good standard. Finally, a real camp kitchen with an oven. The pool is lovely with a nice rock waterfall. I did not get to redeem any big 4 perks as the office was closed on checkin at 4 pm. More bins around the park are required.

This is a fantastic park! It's neat, tidy, has fantastic amenities and is in a super quiet location. The pool is a good size and kept the kids occupied for hours. The playground is OK but the kids tended to just want to be in the pool. We will come back here in the future.

Booked to stay 3 nights for a family of 6 with a large set up. Booked for a 22ft van, actually said 26ft including draw bar to be safe, plus our 6m truck. Booking didn't seem to be an issue until we arrived, the site was tiny with neighbour's both sides leaving no room to put our van width wise, let alone park our truck, I asked why they put us there knowing our size and they said it's all they could come up with during such a busy period.Was advised I was allowed to park the van over the concrete slab and park our vehicle all the way down the front office (van was at the back of the park)I asked why did they take my booking if they knew how big we were, the response was sorry, we are just too busy, happy to refund you.This left us with no where to go, so upsetting, would definitely not recommend this park
