Thank you so much to the team at Advanced auto electrics. We had a family trip from cairns that ended in us breaking down. We called them and they were fully booked but they squeezed us in and got us back on the road. Thank you so much we really appreciated it. You guys were efficient and such a great service. I will recommend to everyone. You guys are brilliant.

Was travelling home to Brisbane from our Cape York trip on a Friday afternoon when I had lights on the dash pop up and the car went into limp mode. Advanced Auto made time for us to come in and they were able to use their advanced scan tool and expert knowledge to diagnose the issue - I never would have picked up this issue, had been googling and calling around for hours.Overall it was a great experience from a local family business. Customers be aware! My wife took her car into this company with an AC problem that has been present since we purchased the car over a year ago. AC was cold but not as cold as it should of been. They quoted her for a new compressor and some other parts coming to nearly $3000 and after their inspection the AC didn't work at all, just blew hot air. Went and got a second opinion for what ever reason all that come to mind are very shady they purged all the refrigerant and sent the car on its way still charging $80. All that was needed was a regas and now the cars AC is perfectly cold! Iv tried to get in contact with the owner but he clearly is not interested in returning my calls.. definitely a good idea to get a second opinion when dealing with these guys!!

I highly recommend this place. A travelling nurse I don't spend a lot of time in towns but these people made every effort to fix my air con and have it back to me before I left. I will always refer people to this business and they came in $100 under what they quoted me... They're the best

As a traveller, having a safe and reliable vehicule is important, so i came here for safety check, appointement given 3 days later at 2pm, i was also suspecting a faulty wheel bearing .Leave the van at 2pm, lady said and 1.5h for the job, around, ''we call you when it's done'' .5pm, still not news, decide to come, van is outside, ready apparently, none call me ..Ask for what have been done, safety check just say ''found faulty front right wheel bearing'', test drive ok .My van is from 2003, nearly 300.000kms on the clock and the only thing this ''safety check'' said is ''faulty wheel bearing'', seem like a joke.. :/I feel like they just check and change the bearing.For 383aud, i feel like it's a bit too much, especially considering the price of a bearing kit (around 70aud on internet) .

Cannot rate highly enough, the team at Advanced Auto squeezed me in for what was a full day job knowing I had an 8 hour drive the next day. 2 of the guys stayed back until after 6pm to ensure I was able to leave the next day. The following morning I had an unrelated issue with my car and they sent a mechanic to me and had me on the road within the hour. They did an amazing job, high quality work all round and the best customer service experience I could possibly have hoped for. Will definitely be back to get some more additions to my hilux with them.

The guys found my electrical faults in real quick time and repaired them. Very happy with their service. Will use again.

Asked for a service on my diesel Territory and repair of two items. Service done no probs but left mess in car. Rear camera “fixed” but not fixed and was charged $110 for the pleasure. Broken latch pointed out a week prior but not fixed. Was charged for new wiper blades but screen not even washed. Somewhat disappointed at no concern or interest from the business to remedy my query.

Travelling through Innisfail when a fault came up on dash. They fit us in straight away. Fast service, explained options, great price, lovely staff. Highly recommended. Thank you for helping us out.

Travelling through to Cairns, alternator failed. They got part from Cairns and replaced it within 24 hrs....excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient, thank you.
