Breadtop Cabramatta

Bought a cake worth $42, only to get something so garbage. It was such a disappointment. It’s almost like just a big round whipped cream, I barely get to enjoy any sponge and baked cake. The sugar was concentrated like no one even bother mixing it. The one star is for the customer service. As the worker was nice, but definitely not getting any cake here again. Tiramisu flavour cake by the way.

I don't like most of their range but the things I do like are really yummy.Their savoury stuff is mostly blegh... I think the only thing I like is the ham and cheese scroll.My favourites are the green tea and red bean buns, fujisan, donuts, cream cone and custard bun.I like keeping the packaged sliced butter cake in my handbag for a treat.I sometimes like the cold sweets like mango pudding but I find the consistency is not the same each time I buy it.The worst ones I've tried was the snow white roll, it was so plain and odd tasting and has so much preservatives in it. Really regretting buying that before checking the ingredients. The pork floss was awful too. Actually, it was nice but in the middle was this mayo sauce thing that really ruined the entire bun. Would be way nicer without that awful white sauce in the middle.I haven't tried the cakes, they are expensive and look mediocre.Overall, I still like Breadtop but their products are hit or miss.

The breads and pastries here are nice just like any other Breadtop franchise.The reason for the low ratings is the fact that the customer service is practically non existent. Not even a 'hello' or 'thank you', the cashier just takes the money and doesn't even look at you.If it wasn't for my 2 year old daughter enjoying the taro and green tea buns, I wouldn't even bother giving them any business.Lift your game guys, it's all about the customer service these days.

My absolute favourite place to purchase snacks whenever I'm off to long-distance places.Such a wide variety all tasty and full of flavour.You can never get bored of their food.Unfortunately, parking is always extremely limited outside the shop meaning you need to walk.

Good selection of breads. They change up the breads every now and then. Didn't have the pineapple bread last time I came. Service is pretty good but store is tight and very squishy with anymore that 2-3 people

Music too loud, and very rude customer services of those cashiers, they should be educated by the owner of how to be polite. I am there to BUY my bread not to BEGGING my food.

Ordered a white Puppy Cake" for my birthday well in advanced. Went to pick it up on the correct day with the carbon copy receipt I was given only to be told to move away from the queue to the side to be told they didn't have my cake. They should at least admit they made a mistake

I brought a small (5inch) Birthday cake first time so disappointed. It was not worth the price and it was so sweet, never again.
