A lady who does not talk English properly at the counter, repeating impolite questions towards clients, disappointing.The store used to have nicer service from all friendly staff.

Bought lotto tickets for the last 6 years from you guys never ever one even the minimum prize I would not recommend buying scratchies or tickets as they only sell the losing tickets , bit of a shock not to ever win not even a small prize maybe actually stop buying the dud tickets and allow your customers to have a win once !!!!!!
