Absolutely loved our breakfast. The coffee was perfect. The food was delicious and artfully presented. The cornbread was fluffy and spicy and the mushrooms and goat cheese were a match made in heaven. The cafe itself has a charming ambience with dried flower arrangements and interesting curios. Love it and we’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Friendly service from the start.Lovely atmosphere with the dried plants and seating arrangements.The menu looks great and the food tastes just as good as it sounds.Not a bad price reasonable.

We visit for breakfast on a weekday. The cafe has ample seating indoors and outside on the pavement with on street parking or parking at the shops across the road. The menu is varied with classics like egg and bacon roll and avocado toast, but also unique items like cinnamon donut french toast. They have a reasonable kids menu as well. The service is lovely and the coffee fantastic. Overall a great place to visit for a bite to eat.

Great relaxed atmosphere, funky setting, friendly staff, fresh juices and amazing food. I went here for the first time last week and was back today. My green juice tasted really good and food is delicious. They have some very interesting things on the menu and meals are attractive, really tasty and also very full of texture. Staff are really friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is beautifully relaxed. Will be back again soon to try the apple and rhubarb French toast!

First time here and won’t be our last. Staff were so friendly and fantastic. The food was amazing and a very lovely place to dine. What a little gem of a cafe. We went for dinner on the Friday night and although the place was full you felt like you had a private experience. Cannot recommend this place enough

Great food and really great to see good serving sizes, everyone has different dishes and meals all came out with decent serving. Unlike some other places when you order bacon you get a good serving of bacon, when you order eggs you get a great serve of eggs. Was good to go to a place where you left feeling satisfied. The food tasted great too.Also the staff were great too, they were really nice and only too happy to help however they could.Highly recommend Pegs for a good feed and drink.

Went to the Cafe due to the ratings and unfortunately we left disappointed. The sourdough was hard it cuts up your mouth and you can't cut it with a knife without mashing up all the food on the plate, sliding around. The same sourdough was served for the kids menu and my daughter could hardly bite it. I jad extra poached eggs on my mashed avocado and ive never had poached eggs like them, it was basically just the yolk and hardly any egg white. The coffee was sour and bitter, just not enjoyable at all even masking it with milk having a latte, it wasn't enjoyable.The service was great, the staff very friendly and atmosphere amazing. Just the food needs improving.

Stopped in for breakfast.Service was great.A bespoke menu so not your usual fare so best to check out the website before going so you don't get a surprise.
