Fantastic customer service specifically from Tom who's assistance went above and beyond. Looked everywhere for the part I was wanting and United Tools was the only place that had it. Even though it's not the closest, will be going to this business for all tools and parts from now on. Well done!

Today i visited United Tools Burleigh with the intention to get guidance and a decent deal on my first full Makita toolkit. Caylum at the store was super helpful in assisting me with getting the right tools and providing me with detailed information about their specific features and answering any questions I had. The customer service was absolutely awesome!One of the most important things that made me buy from them was the fact that Caylum was happy to swap tools in the kit that I didn't need and add others that weren't originally in the kit.. this was absolutely amazing!Oh and by the way, i walked out with only 12 batteries in my bags! ( the store gave me 5x6amp on top of the kit and redemptions ... unreal!)I'm definitely coming back to buy tools here no doubt about it !Thank you guys!

We had been given the run around by many tool repairers over the years. Caylum received two of Mirka Sanders and had them repaired and turned around in a matter of days. Excellent service and we would recommend using United Tools Burleigh to get your tools repaired and back working in your business again. Nice one Team!!

Impressive. Found them online, they had the Makita saw blades i needed at a good price (local Bunnings and Tool shop did not stock them). Ordered, and the blades were delivered next business day(!) (via Sendle, Burleigh to Brisbane). With delivery cost it was the same price as Amazon, and I got to support a local business. Will definitely buy from here next time.
