Absolutely excellent customer service - the best I have ever received from a phone store. We were up here, visiting from Newcastle and had some problems with our phones not connecting to the network, so we stopped in to Vodafone Toowong to get some help. The lovely manager, Kyle, fixed them for us on the spot. He knew exactly what to do and was very helpful and polite. It's not often you get this level of customer service. I thoroughly recommend this store. Well done Kyle, Vodafone Toowong!

Excellent service from Kyle - polite, efficient and helped me reorganise my family plans to suit what we needed. Great service!My only other comment is the store was like a sauna - I could not wait to leave because it was so hot inside Vodafone, I felt sorry for the staff working in there all day.

I went to buy a new phone and was attended to by Kyle. He was very pleasant, had a great customer service and helped me get a really good deal. I also really appreciated that he was very honest about the pros and cons of the product I was trying to buy and the deals vodafone was offering and not just trying to push me to accept anything I didn't want to.

Lachlan at Vodafone Toowong is the most aggressive, arrogant and rude dregs of society I've ever dealt with in a store.I asked for information and he swore numerous times at me and told me to just leave and go online and that he won't help. Even if he was having a bad day, and he may well have been, because he was so incompetent he was phoning the wrong number and didn't seem to be capable of operating the computer systems.He was threatening to the point I was fearful given his size and attitude he would assault me.I would recommend spending an extra 5 minutes in transport to go somewhere else.

The Manager at Vodafone Toowong kyle was great, bought a new phone from the store and everything was set up for me ready to go. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat over the other Vodafone stores in Brisbane.

I recently went into Vodaphone, Toowong.The Manager, Kyle was beyond helpful.I am in customer service and it was refreshing to see such a can do and polite attitude.He was not only efficient but very knowledgeable and patient.10 out of 10 Kyle to you!Vodaphone is very lucky to have you as an employee.Thank you for your great service.
