Dr. Chen Stephen

Dr Stephen is an experienced specialist with a respectable manner. I was nervous about my dental implant when I entered the room, but Dr Chen and Jamaica were very helpful to pass my feeling. Dr Chen took me through the treatment plan and explained it thoroughly in a simple way. If you have to deal with implant dentistry, Dr Chen is the right one for you and is worth waiting on the long waiting list.

I did reach out to this clinic earlier about my urgent case. The receptionist wasn't helpful. The respond I got was, dr does not accept anymore new patient and wasn't willing to advise for alternative options. I tried so hard to explain my case and I was in great pain and do require him as I was referred by my specialist in HK. All I was instructed was to send" the email and wait! I did that a month ago and heard nothing until today (end March 2022). I just hope the staff could have been a little helpful."

Stephen came highly recommended by our family dentist, and a referral was made for me to see him. Sadly a request by our dentist for Stephens receptionists to call me to make an appointment went unanswered. Three weeks later my dentist personally called Stephen's receptionists. They called this time and I missed the call. I called back to be rather curtly told Yes we can fit you in January 2019". I laughed and said you cant be serious. She said "well he is busy and is travelling a lot this year"". I said my rotten tooth cant wait that long and will have to go elsewhere if that's the lead time. She said
