Fantastic service from start to finish. Tony helped me choose the perfect flooring (Hybrid) to suit my conditions at home (dogs). The guys arrived on time and were really nice and polite and set to work and had the whole house done in a day. Super impressed and the flooring looks amazing. Diss-organised mess! Advertising on Ebay/Gumtree an old address which still had their signs in the Homemakers Centre, very frustrating and difficult to find wonder what actual service is like :-(After plenty of messing around walked into the showroom and was greeted by a guy who promptly walked off to serve someone else (male) who arrived after us. We left...Still advertising old address 25th June.

He was professional and clear in his communication, and let me negotiate for the best possible price. Tony was helpful in finding us an appropriate material for our strata title unit. Installers were efficient. Tony was cooperative in refunding an overcharge from unused timber.
