Mark designed & built a 2 storey extension on our property just over 6 months ago. He was exceptionally good with his own ideas but also did his utmost to accommodate ours, offering suggestions & advice throughout the process. His building team were good, easy to get along with, friendly & did a great job. We were very happy with the finished result. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that there were some delays during the process & it took a bit longer than anticipated. I would, however, have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Would not ever use again. Chose Mark to arrange for new roof for main house and cabana. Extra 2K charged during installation due to a change in pitch plus another 2K for insurance (not mentioned in quote). Lots of problems during reroofing including insisting on downpipe over rear door!. Now roof still leaks (see photos), unable to clean gutters as sheeting installed over them and gutter overflows as no downpipe at lowest point. Will not come back and fix (over one year). I have many years of building and real-estate experience in Perth. Recently I asked MarkWells to do a major extension to the house I was living at in Stirling. His job was high in quality and his price was the lowest. The tradesmen were all professional and friendly and personally known by Mark. He also corrected the problems left from the original builder of the house which was one of the largest two story builders in Perth. From the beginning I realised that Mark is a builder with a lot of experience. From the design to the building and the finish, I was happy with the way Mark communicated with me and worked hard to complete the job in the exact time promised.

Mark built an extension and loft on our house and we are very happy with the results. The design was not easy, since we put in a new roof with a steeper pitch than normal. Mark and his team are excellent, professional, and approachable. I would recommend Mark Wells to anyone who is considering a new build or extension. He is fair-priced and fair minded, and takes all your ideas, plans and concerns into his consideration.
