Family of 4 spent $50 and couldn't eat our food. The manager was aggressive, unreasonable and not interested in listening. Would not recommend anyone go there. Worst experience of my life. If I could give minus stars I would

Decided to have lunch here today, I wish we had of gone with our first choice and eaten elsewhere. Sadly, not a nice experience at all. My son ordered the vegan lemongrass chicken salad bowl, for $13.50 he said it was very average. My husband ordered a tofu bah mi $9.50 and I ordered the $5 add on, sweet potato fries and a drink. We sat down and a few minutes later a lady came out to say they had run out of the fries. I changed my order from the fries and drink to a tofu bah mi, paying an extra $4.50. We asked for no mayo on the bah mi's as we are vegan. We were waiting a long time for our food, it wasn't that busy and when we finally received our food and opened our bah mi it was very disappointing. No alternate to the mayo was offered, the bah mi had 6 pieces of very dry tofu and a couple of sad looking pieces of cucumber with a bit of grated carrot. We had to use some of the dressing from our sons salad to add some flavour and moisture. $32.50, what a waste of money. Your prices are rude for the poor quality of food offered. Never again.

Very tasty and fresh rice paper rolls, a great option for dinner when you're on holiday. I had 3, my husband had 5, toward the end of the day we got a buy 3, get 1 free deal too.

Average Vietnamese foodMy husband and I shared a crispy pork banh mi and a chicken curry noodle soup at this chain outlet in the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre food court. This meal was a reminder for us to avoid food courts!! The food is not authentic and very bland - the banh mi was a little soggy and the noodle broth was thin and lacking substance. The only redeeming factor was that it was served very quickly!!

I normally don't do review because I was 200% disappointed with the food earlier. It's disgusting how they served the rice beef lemongrass and beef lemongrass rolls it's bland and the meat very little and full of rice. It's not worth it the price. I was very hungry and lazy to walk further I choose this restaurant. It's gonna be the first and last to eat this restaurant. Worst food I ever had in Australia. Never again on this restaurant never in my life again never. That's how the food horrible this afternoon!

Nice little healthy option in this shopping mall. Had 2 rice paper rolls (beef & barramundi) at $4.20 each. Taste great and excellent snack. Only criticism I had was that the rice paper rolls I selected were the only ones available! At other Roll’d restaurants I’ve been to you will see a variety to choose from. Plenty of seats available. Plenty of utensils and napkins available at the front counter.

This place is good for a casual outing and can takeaway as well. The place is small enough and not over crowed no long lines.

Worst bunh Mi ever. After having Bunh Mi in Melbourne I just wanted to one in Gold Coast and visited the place in pacific fair shopping centre on 4 th January 2023. I ordered a bunh mi with extra meat and chillies. But the one I got had a very little amount of chillies. Meat was so bad that it didn’t not have any flavour at all. In face they had added a source of some type which gave a taste of sesame which I have not tasted before. The bun it self tasted like it was toasted old bun not fresh. This experience ruined my love this food. But nice staff.

I was really dissatisfied with the Bao. The filling was 99% veg and the smallest spec of pork! So stingy!! The bao was very dry as there wasn’t enough meat or sauce. Sweet potato fries were nice but overall I am left feeling disappointed and I won’t be returning to Roll’d.

Came here on Friday. The food were terrible. Ordered a garlic prawn soldier and they used a soggy slimy cucumber for their rice paper rolls with 3 unsalted slice prawn on it.The Banh my is lack of flavour, really dry roast pork with a soggy crackling. Also found a piece of plastic glove or something on the pickled carrot in the Banh mi.Heard about their new Banh mi and want to try it out although they even worse. The chicken ribs was nice and flavorful, and that gave them my 1 star.Really bad will not come back
