I see that this business has good reviews from several years ago.My interaction with them however has left me very disappointed. I brought in some Galvanised sheet sections from a windmill tail and asked for the best option for some signage to be put on them. Gordon was confident that he could help me, mentioning that it would need a good clean to get some stickers to attach properly and that it would be no problem, to leave it with him and he would sort it out, I asked for a ball park figure and gave me a reasonable quote specifically mentioning the cost of cleaning the surface and affixing.I called after 2 weeks of hearing nothing from them and was told the job was completed so I arranged payment and my father picked up the sheets for me. What I received was a collection of stickers printed last minute, half of which had the wrong orientation and also missing completely one word that I had clearly requested in my detailed drawing of the required design.Upon calling the shop as soon as I received the sections, Gordon claimed no memory of our conversation regarding cleaning and affixing, and apologised for not being able to remember.He claimed to be unable to have time now to do it before my deadline of Tuesday, this was on a Friday, admittedly the Monday was a public holiday. When I asked for advice on how to affix it myself and especially the cleaning to ensure proper adhesion, all he could say was that it was pretty hard to get them to stick to that surface, and that he couldn't help me. This I take to mean that the product supplied to me was not fit for the purpose that I requested.My personal opinion based on my experience is that I would seriously doubt this businesses ability to provide good advice and services, and that it is clearly operated by someone who puts himself before his customers. Even if they approached me now to find a solution, I would not trust them to do any more than what was necessary to get themselves out of trouble.
