Byron Complete Car Service

I have been taking my cars to Byron Complete Cars for the last 7 years and couldn’t recommend them enough! They are honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Got an appointment at the same day of my call for our rattling exhaust of our backpacker van. The mechanic was very friendly, explained and showed to us what has to be done. Fixed it immediately for a very good price. Great!

Absolute Legends!!! rate 10 out of 5, have been going there over 10yrs now and never had anything to complain over. They do Amazing job, always on time, super helpful even when they so busy, super friendly and the most affordable garage am sure!! I recommend it to anyone, they are the best

I brought my car because my ac was making a squealing sound. I left with my car and the same squealing sound and paid for it.When I came back to ask for someone to see it, the gentleman (a different one from the first one I talked to, very rude person btw) said he didn’t knew what job was done but didn’t even wanted to check in his book what was done.The first man I saw was super nice and friendly, I explained him I needed to use my car in a long trip but he was not there, this other man acted like ‘well I was not here so I don’t know’.I’m taking my complaint to Accc

I have been using Brad, Ray and the gang at BCCS for at least 10 years bringing them an assortment of vehicles ranging from an Iveco Turbo Daily to a Honda and Great Wall. They have done all manner of jobs, some very difficult, but always with good humour and skill. I cannot recommend them highly enough as they always do their best.

For me, reviews are everything. I was unhappy with my last mechanic so tried complete cars after reading the reviews.I’m so glad I did! These guys are one of the best in the area imo and really reasonably priced. Highly HIGHLY recommended. Very thorough and honest. Thank you!

Was recommended to this place by a friend.. worst experience ever, they know nothing about Toyota front ends. Has cost us double to get their stuff up fixed at another establishment who found Byron Complete Car Service (BCCS) had installed both a faulty part and parts upside down, damaging other parts in the process. When I approached them for a refund they tried to blame a previous mechanic saying they just reinstalled stuff the way they found it. Now to me, if I have a problem with my car, I'm paying BCCS for their expertise to fix it. If this was the case, and I'm not saying it was, shouldn't they have spotted the mistake in the first place? They tried to fix a steering wobble problem on our car. First service they replaced both relay rod ends for $345 and said it would need wheel alignment and new steering damper. It drove worse than ever so we took it back they said they replaced panhard bushes and steering damper for $220. They said it drove perfectly when they tested but seriously doubt they even drove it as now it weaved about even more dangerously when driving it home. Rang them again and they said to get wheel alignment so I took it to a 4WD specialist to get this done & this is when they told us the steering draglink had been installed upside down, damaging the steering knuckle arm in the process of trying to force it on. Have had to order one of these in and it will need to be replaced in the future at an approx cost of $210.The specialist also said the new steering damper BCCS had put on was faulty so they replaced this and fixed up the bogey job for $235. Would not recommend at all.

Got a transit inspected here I was looking to buy. Seemed like good, honest folk- inspection was very thorough and and they seemed like they knew what they were talking about. If there is only one slight criticism it would be that I spoke to another mechanic who said quote given for repairs was a little conservative, but always helps to get a second opinion anyway. (But overall good!)

Friendly, honest and well priced, you can really feel they care about providing good service. Good recommmendations on how to go about more expensive repairs. Very reccomended
