I run a lawn care Business, my F series had a problem with a wheel. The team at Bowral Kubota did everything they could to get me back out and finish the job. The sales and service staff are great!!!

Excellent service from Wayne Hughes and the Kubota team. After losing most of our farm infrastructure in the Currowan fires we were able to have our tractor and implements replaced without any dramas. Wayne was able to provide the right machine for my specific requirements and sourced a number of specialist implements. Tractor was delivered at the specified time and Wayne came out to personally oversee the delivery. He promptly rectified a few minor issues with the configuration and the tractor went to work immediately. I would definitely recommend.

Service levels were lacking

Yesterday our M9540 Tractor was dropped at our property by Wayne Hughes, Manager of Bowral Kubota. After delivery Wayne went through the WHOLE working of the tractor and its functions with me. He did not rush, instructed very well and told me if I get stuck just give him a call. It was a great experience working with Wayne he is very professional and gets back to you when ever you leave a message. And to top it off we received a Kubota cooler bag, two hats, ( One for me and a pink one for my wife), stubby holder and a Kubota Tractor key ring. It's the little things that you don't expect that give you a little smile at the end.If you are in the market for any light or heavy machines give Wayne a call.

Thanks for selling me a brand new KUBOTA ZERO TURN MOWER but you will need to check the ENGINE OIL BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THE MOWER as mine had water in the oil . Could not get feedback as to why this occured . Next time in MELBOURNE I will be visiting head office to further investigate this issue. NOT HAPPY AS THIS WAS SOLD AS A NEW MACHINE and I would like KUBOTA TO BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE .BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A MACHINE AS I WAS CAUGHT OUT .
