I would give Mike and his crew 10 stars if I could! They did an entire ceiling replacement for my apartment and were were punctual, informative, and carried out work to a very high standard throughout the entire process. Not a single complaint was made by my stringent strata company or any of the 95 other apartments in the building - in this case, no feedback is the best kind! Thanks for jumping through all the hoops with me Mike, I'll be spreading your name throughout the complex

This is the second time we have engaged Modus for renovations. This time the bathroom and laundry. The project ran smoothly, finishing on time and all the trades were of high quality. The tiling looks amazing! Can’t recommend Modus highly enough. Very happy!

Jerred and his team just renovated our bathroom and laundry. They did a great job. Jerred was fantastic to work with and made the process so easy. Great communication throughout the entire reno so we were always in the loop. They left the place tidier than it was before! Thanks Modus! Definitely recommend this company.

We used Modus recently for a bathroom, laundry and toilet renovation.They had great vision and patience to maximise the space we had to work with and create a truly outstanding change. Josh was a fantastic project manager - coordinating all the trades to get the work done in a 3 week time frame. All the tradies on the job were excellent - neat, tidy and were happy to make ad hoc changes as a better option for something was identified. We ended up loving the floor tiles so much we did a variation to contract and added the passageway! On time, on budget and a fabulous result - can't ask for much better!

My partner and I got our master bedroom/ensuite renovated with Josh from Modus. They have carried out a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier, a few small issues along the way but Josh always had a solution or two and nothing was too big of a problem. A very stress free renovation.
