The most amazing coffee in the Noosa area. The decor of the premises is amazing and there is a sour daughter bakery and organic whole food within the comples. You can order your breakfast and coffee and take a seat in the beautifully decorated warehouse.Highly recommended if you are fussy about your coffee.

Great spot for a coffee and to pick up some locally roasted beans. There are several filter roasts to choose from and they have been great in the v60 during my travels.

Ordered a Almond latte only to be told that they no longer use almond milk you can only have the nutty Bruce almond & coconut milk. The most disgusting coffee of my life using that product. Bring back almond milk please or you will definitely loose my customer loyalty.

tl; dr: Amazing coffee, but why are the staff and patrons maskless? 5 stars for coffee but 1 for mask complianceThis was one of my absolute favourite coffee spots in Australia, w/ creative, tasty, ethical, fair trade beans and fabulous coffee. I come here every time I'm up in Noosa, both to buy beans and have great coffee. They also offer growlers to take away their cold brew coffee, which uses seasonal beans. If you're interested, give their coffee flight a go, which showcases thoughtfully prepared and different types and styles of beans available at the time; I always manage to discover something new.The food is a bit more so-so, with the menu leaning towards the healthy side, and this time because it only came out after quite a long wait of 20 minutes, and then only after an enquiry (though I understand that there may be staffing issues, my companion's average croque monsieur came out quite quickly), but mostly because the brown rice nasi goreng that I got was rather meh.My biggest problem with the venue though, is the absolute non-compliance with COVID safe mask wearing requirements. Every hospo venue is currently complaining about staff absentees due to illness or because of being close contacts and also drop in patronages because of COVID, so why not step up the prevention of the spread of virus among both staff and customers with wearing of masks? No one expects hospitality and retail staff to police check ins and vaccination status; that's unfair, but what a venue /can/ control is the behaviour of their own staff, and /none/ of them were wearing masks, or wearing it properly. As a healthcare worker, this irresponsibility makes me incredibly angry. If I can work 8+ hours in full PPE while dealing with patients, surely something like proper mask wearing isn't that much of a chore?

Truly a hidden gem! The interior is amazing and there's a deli and a bakery under the same roof. I like their attention to detail. They add a card of which coffee beans they used for your coffee. The almond croissants were also the best I ever had in a while.

GF DF cake/slice available. This has the food place separate to the coffee place but all under one roof. We had a cake each and a coffee. BE AWARE their almond milk coffee is a blend with coconut. I found mine bitter and we were not advised of the blend so if I had an allergy to coconut????Overall very nice atmosphere nice food but sadly I don't like their coffee.

Best espresso in a long time. These guys know coffee and don’t just pour milk to cover a bad shot.

I‘ve tried their coffee trying board to experience some different flavors. I was not advised that one of the tastings include a flat white with cow milk. When I asked that I’m lactose intolerant they simply answered to just throw it away and just have enjoy my other coffees. This is rude and for a place like this UNACCEPTABLE! Unfortunately, their coffee are not brewed correctly and their long black simply had too much water.I’ve had clandestine coffee before and liked it so this was a big disappointment.3 stars only: for the location, the design and the pastries
