Travelling just north of town when we had a major coolant leak on our Range Rover, so booked it in here for repairs at short notice. Parts obtained from Brisbane overnight and repair completed as quoted. the next day. Car returned to us including a courtesy clean inside and out and polished. Very professional business, friendly and courteous staff and technician. Highly recommend.

Being new in the area and due to start work very soon, we had bought a second vehicle simply out of necessity. With some prior knowledge of mechanics, we felt it was a good buy, the car seemed to function perfectly well on the drive from Hervey Bay. Yet, we expected that there would be a couple things that needed repairing, having just replaced the brake light bulb the evening before.We got quoted for 'supposed necessary' repairs that cost 3 x what we bought it for, just short of $10,000! An example, quoted $609 for 'oil leaks', one near the sump plug, which was very simply resolved by cleaning around and tightening the plug. Quoted for repairs that yes, are currently not functioning, but are not a necessity to pass a safety inspection, but listed on the failed inspection notice for +$1500?! With no queries into whether we would be able to afford the repairs, no advising on other possible options. No care into the customers position, but only interested in getting that One bite of the Cherry". Meaning

I had some issues with this service centre but overall the quality of the work seemed good. I was able to book an appointment within 2 or 3 days of calling, which was good. I booked for a 150 point vehicle condition report, for $210, and was told that it would take 4 hours because they do such a thorough job. I was booked in for 8am and therefore it should have been finished by 12pm. I had another appointment with the vehicle that afternoon and so called up again the next day to confirm the timings. I was a bit confused when I was told it would only take 1.5hrs and would be looked at in the order that the cars arrived in the morning.On arrival, I was told it would be done by 11am now, and that I would get a phone call. However, midday came and went so I called up and was told it was done but it would take until 1pm to complete the paperwork. I was pretty unimpressed by this point. I was even more dismayed when I received the paperwork and saw that they had only carried out a 65 Point Inspection rather than the 150 Point Condition Report! But was still charged $210. I was disappointed in the lack of clarity and communication - the confusion over what I had actually booked and how long it would take caused extra stress on an already stressful day.The condition report I received seemed thorough enough, even though some things were listed as a Roadworthy item but upon Enquiry they actually weren't a roadworthy item - more confusion.I received a quote for works that needed carried out and it was almost three times as much as my local mechanic charged me (I had driven 2 hours to get to Maryborough to look at the car).I later learnt that people say REPCO stands for Replace Every Part Coming Off"! I would have given it 4 stars

This company will take advantage of Women and those who know no better. They will quote for work and say you cannot drive the car untill the repairs are carried out without even trying to rectify the issues. We were quoted well over $2500 for repairs that took me 2 hours to fix in my driveway. They won't see another dollar of mine!!!! Absolute crooks!!!!!

The crew helped my elderly parents out by fitting another transmission to there car. They were so impressed with the way they were treated and the way they looked after there car.Thanks guys.

I would highly recommend Maryborough Service Centre for your vehicle service. Always fantastic service, the vehicles are ready on time, communication is above and beyond. Having the ability to have a courtesy car makes life so much easier to keep my day going!
