If i can rate a negative, i would! They don't return calls, don't follow up, don't give a crap on anything! Charged me 280 for an outcall and door broke down 1 month later! Called 4 times and finally got them to inform me the service person has gone and found out motor is down. She said she will email me the quote but after 10 days, still nothing! Don't bother with this company. Worst than hopeless!

I purchased 3 panel lift doors in late 2012 for my dream house. After a year and a half (nov 2014) on my 5.6m panel lift door the centre bracket that holds the tension spring come of its mounts, busted my ceiling plaster, perspex windows at top of door and peirced a hole through one of the panels. The installer did not fix bracket appropriately after he used short screws.They sent someone to make door operational and did not charge however i am still left with a damaged panel and have refused to fix the panels as its out of warranty. The repairer welded the bracket on which what should have been done in the first place for such a big door. I have even spoken to the owner that refuses to help out. In discussions again to try and resolve the matter. At this stage I would not recommend.

After having paid thousands to purchase and install the door when I rang to ask a simple question about the use of red and green cords I was told that they could not give information out as this would be risking OH&S policy(!) - unprompted she informed me that I was outside their 12 month guarantee period (by 6 weeks) and therefore I was not covered for any sort of assistance. This technical assistant is utterly self-assured, clueless and unaware that she was destroying the company reputation by being resolutely unhelpful.After reading the other comments it is obvious that this place has a very short life ahead with staff like this reading the riot act to customers seeking basic help.

Salesman: Good, turned up on time, was flexible with what I wanted.Factory: Poor, supplied the wrong components to the installerInstaller: Poor, Was about 30 mins late. Wanted to install 2x left hand springs as supplied by factory. I had to drive 50 mins to the factory to get the correct parts so that it would look right.Office: Debatable... I paid a 50% deposit on ordering. After install, I never heard from AD, no letters of invoice, no follow up phone call asking for payment, nothing!!! So, I never chased them either. Then, after 6 months I get a rather rude credit default threatening letter from a collection company. I paid the invoice immediately, as I would have had they bothered to call themselves.Finally: The letter I got from them suggested that they are in voluntary administration. This is not surprising given they don't chase their debtors.MAYBE STEER CLEAR OF THEM. YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOUR DOOR AFTER PAYING FOR IT.

When reading so many bad reviews one would think that this will not be the company that I would want to do business with. Well I did take a chance and I don't have one regret. Airport doors did not only get the job done ASAP but also followed up with a phone call to make sure I was fully satisfied.Great job to the team at Airport doors and yes I will be doing business againThanks heaps

Rang these guys for a quote to put an roller door opener on. The lady I spoke with was nice, gave me a quote and set up a installation date.The guy turned up late, was there 5 minutes and said sorry cant put an opener on this door wont fit. He just couldn't be bothered. I rang another company called superlift, they were fantastic quoted me turned up installed the opener no problems.Wouldn't recommend airport doors to anyone not very professional at all.

Great service! Called with my problem on Tuesday arvo, sent photos of the model and had a call back within half an hour. Then quote sent and I accepted. Next day - Wednesday, was called to advise when serviceman would be in area which was Thursday. Advised he would call in morning to let me know approx time. He called at 8am Thurs and would be arriving between 10am & 12. Arrived at 10:10am and fixed problem promptly. Reduced the quote price as not as involved as originally suggested. All done quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Horrible service. Airport Doors installed our home garage door a number of years ago and when I enquired about getting details of door motor they rudely said they didn’t “do domestic anymore” and hung up on me.

Required a new tension spring for my garage, called them up on Saturday, and picked it up from them on Monday.Service was awesome, gave me tips on how to put the spring back in place and the tension I needed for the size of my door.very happy with them, if I need any parts for my garage door, I will give them a call.

our roller down kept on coming down, they came to service in February and late June after a many many phone calls of arranging the appointment and delaying. The door still has not been fixed and is now once again below 1.8m which is dangerous for our customers. We have been calling them almost every second day for the last 2 weeks trying to get someone to look at it, however again, after appointments been made, there are endless delays as they have no control of their subcontractor"
