It was so good to finally be with a counsellor who really took me seriously, and wasn’t in a hurry , or pushing me into doing stuff I didn’t want to do. She really thought deeply about what I said and this left me feeling as though my thoughts and feelings were valid and made sense. I was surprised with what I discovered about myself and Janet was there the whole way through.
