Have been going through these guys for 5 years, will always be one i go back to as these guys do a great job and are amazing people, can not say anything bad about any of them.Thankyou guys for help in letting me get items from you guys and thankyou tracey for being the one who always answers when i call :).

Don't , just dont, very poor communication. And it's a massive rip off over 36 months when you would have whatever your renting in less than six months

The Samsung zold costs $40.95 per week on a 36 month contract. The phones only worth under $1500. Not to mention it will decrease in price. Your charging 4 times what it's worth. Your taking advantage of those in need.

Never again had the phone stolen they have tracked it down and doing nothing

I have been with Rentorilla for more years than I care to remember. They have always treated me with respect and will go the extra mile for you. In the past, I have rented with other companies but they never had the integ rarity of Rentorilla. I would recommend to anyone, in fact I a already have.

Did not get the one month free on my goods, instead i only got two weeks :-( once everything is paid i wont be going to any of these rental mobs again. Save your money for goods, lesson learnt peace!

Ive been renting from Rentorilla for almost 6 years now at first i thought no way im a single mum but I gave it a go anyway. I couldnt believe it when they a proved my couch.. easy payments it just comes straight out my centrelink so its always payed on time no fuss and after the time was up i was notified that i could own the couch for only a $ 1Ive now got a tv table n chairs a chest freezer that ive recently pay at the end of my term only a $1 to own them out right i couldnt be happierIm now renting the lates model smart tv that there would of been no hope in hell my house would of seen such a thing in the past but thanx to an easy payment plan my children and now grandchildren can have the latest things to make life enjoyable thanx Rentorilla your bloody awesome "5 stars *"

Shocking customer service. I spoke with two different staff members on different occasions and the rudeness and attitude I got from each blew me away.
