We go every time we visit Tasmania. There is so much in one store - thankfully there is a pub nearby! She loves the Christmas shop and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Christmas decorations store! Bought a few for my tree this year. So many different designs to suit any theme.

Stunning shop terrible service - a business is only as good as it's customer service. Maybe I just went in on a day when they had lazy staff on.

I don't normally give reviews that are open to the public, as I believe it is wrong. I believe if you have had a bad experience you should always ask to speak to the proprietor of the buisness; however when I entered this store, there was no happy greeting, I entered the store with my mother and sister. I believe the owner of the buisness was present, he constantly had his eyes on me but deliberately ignored myself and my mother and instead started to talk to the customers he had in his store. The greeting and feel to the store is cool, superior and clearly they don't have a problem stereotyping a person and making it known. I found him staring at me, and I had to say hello how are you today? As I felt uneasy; when it should have been the other way around. I work in retail and have been a maneger in my previous roles, and have been taught never to discriminate any of your clientele And to welcome your customers warmly. Their products were beautiful but incredibly over priced and I found them to be very rude, singular, and pretentious. This is why I give this business 1 star. Customer service is everything, and I chose not to buy anything because of How rude they were. I won't be back. If you are a small local business treat your customers well, and welcome them, don't make them feel like they don't belong there.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a store, anywhere in the world. I honestly couldn’t wait to write this review and share my experience because it was so outstanding. Not only is the store itself absolutely stunning, two beautiful staff went above and beyond to help me find some earrings and a little jewellery box for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Very happy customer with a very happy daughter :)

My wife and I have been to this shop a number of times and have been very happy with the service given to us. Contrary to what some people have said in reviews, we found the staff to be quietly contained but came to life when we talked to them. They have all been friendly and helpful. Some prices are high but they stock products you can't find anywhere else in Tasmania. Many pieces are from overseas and very special. The Christmas shop is wonderful, full of amazing decorations. If you want beautiful things, made well, then you pay a little more. We think it is well worth going to this store. The township of Richmond is well worth a number of visits. Wonderful shops to explore makes a great day out. Thank you

Awesome shop, super friendly staff/owners.

Staff are incredibly rude. Very disappointing.

Visited with my partner, mother and grandmother and was shocked at the absurd amount of signs informing us that photos are not to be taken, items cannot be touched and that we were being watched. A few of the staff members seemed friendly enough but others 'looked down their noses' at us and assisted in completing an unwelcoming and unfriendly atmosphere. For the premium prices that were being offered, this was unacceptable.
