We purchased a $70 photo frame from this company yesterday. Didn’t get given a receipt for our purchase. We got home and went to hang the frame for the glass to be to much weight and fall through the timber frame leading to the glass smashing everywhere causing multiple cuts to my hands, ripping our one of a kind hand painted aboriginal artwork worth over a few hundred dollars. I contacted the company to be told it was my fault the frame broke and ripped our painting and I must’ve dropped in onto the floor. Didn’t sound like he wanted to help with looking into getting refunded for this at all and proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.

Great, massive shop! Awesome range, freindly staff!Open 7 Days.Tools, toys, bats n balls, arts and crafts - oil/water paints and equipment....Everything for the beach, fishing rods and tackle, ice, bait, umbrellas, sun shades.House wares, all your camp and kitchen cooking requirements, gas bottles and refills.....Cloths, sunnies, hats, sun protection, bug protection....Good prices!

Bought a small radio got home and couldn’t pick up a FM or AM station. Took it back and explained that it does not do what it says and he wouldn’t refund me. Never shop there again.

This store has so many different things. Some things are priced well as some are overpriced. We drove from.nelson bay and would not do that again but fantastic if your in the area. They do have some unique items which i have not seen elsewhere. The man that works there is very friendly and welcoming. The aisles are a little bit cluttered and some spots a bit hard to walk through.

The thing I have fixed or made from things in the store I even find amazing.Turn Story XJS Jaguar V12 engine with leaking carbys.$3 o-ring kit and away we go.Best shop on the planet for me.
