This is the second time we have used Irwin Properties for the sale of our home and once again we could not be happier with Jonathan and his Team! My partner and I bought a house towards the end of 2017. Buying a house can be a stressful time, especially when wanting to be in the house in time for Christmas! On the day we got the keys Jonathan met us at my workplace with a bottle of champagne and a hand written card – a thoughtful touch.Since officially buying the house we have stayed in contact with Jonathan who has acted as the intermediate between us and the seller, passing along our questions about the house and replying with answers promptly (even during the Christmas/New Year period). We have even sent him pictures of adjustments we have made to the house, things we talked about wanting to do at inspections – something we wouldn’t do if we didn’t think Jonathan was invested in the process and genuinely cared.We consider ourselves lucky to have found our dream home and to have had Jonathan as our real estate agent. In looking for another property or when the time comes to sell this one, we will definitely be giving Jonathan a call!
